    県外からの友達に広島ならではの食べ物という事で選んだお店です。マスターにはコース料理のメニューを2パターンにアレンジしてもらい、色々な味を楽しめました。駅からは多少離れてますが、とてもお勧めのお店です。

    This teppanyaki (food grilled on a flattop griddle) restaurant is located a three-minute walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Ebisu-cho Station. There, customers can enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancakes). Other popular items include their seasonal exclusives which run from December to March, as well as items that promote the Hiroshima Toyo Carp baseball team. The restaurant offers both counter and table seating, both of which are equipped with a flattop griddle, allowing every customer to enjoy their food while it’s still piping hot.

    うにホーレンを求めて、数軒を回ったが、成人の日ということもあり、どこもお休み。 唯一やっていたこのお店で食すことが出来た。合わせて、かきスペシャルやもろきゅうなど注文。お好み焼きのソースは甘く、マヨネーズのトッピングなど自由に出来るのはかなり良い。

    A Hiroshima style okonomiyaki and teppanyaki (iron plate grilled food) restaurant in Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Here guests can get a true sense of the cooking involved with food prepared on iron plate grills in front of diners seated at the counter. The private rooms are perfect for celebrations or more private meals with a relaxed atmosphere in this old house style restaurant. All the Hiroshima classics can be tasted here from their prized okonomiyaki to oysters, Hiroshima na (a kind of Chinese cabbage) and momiji manju. Their special lunch set with mini okonomiyaki and choicest Wagyu beef is also very popular.

    This long established okonomiyaki restaurant, located in Nagarekawa Town, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, was founded in 1958 and has been run by the same family for three generations. The restaurant has an old-fashioned appeal with its eye-catching red shop awnings and lanterns. Guests can enjoy the exhilaration of seeing the teppanyaki (food grilled on an iron plate) cooked right in front of your eyes on the hot iron plates set up at the counter. Taste the okonomiyaki unique to Hiroshima which has been loved by the locals since long ago starting with the Koshida special, packed full of meat, egg, squid tempura, green onion and noodles.

    They have both private rooms and counter seats. We chose to seat at the counter. Good atmosphere, Friendly staffs, Energetic chef, very delicious okonomiyaki and also good teppanyaki.
