    A 10-minute drive from the Bizen Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway. This pottery studio creates and sells Bizen-ware pottery and is located on a large plot of land surrounded by plum and cherry trees. Bizen-ware pottery is popular for its ease of use and wide variety of designs. In the first-floor gallery you'll find a variety of works on display and for sale including everything from reasonable everyday items such as mugs an tea cups to masterpieces made by Living National Treasures of Japan. You can also try throwing your own pieces with their pottery course. In the spring they hold a Plum Festival with performances including Taiko drumming and then later in the season you can enjoy the countless blooming cherry trees. You can also make reservations for Bizen curry and bento lunches.

    A 15-minute walk from Miyamoto-Musashi Station on the Chizu Express or a 20-minute drive from the Sayo Interchange. This specialty goods store located within Musashi-no-Sato village combines various facilities including a restaurant, lodging, and hot spring bath house. Products available for purchase include monthly hand-made side dishes and salted fish made from locally caught fish and their devotion leads to the shop always being bustling with tourists. Popular items include seasonal crops, goods made from the local specialty black soybeans, and honey as well as victory amulets from Musashi Shrine and other Musashi merchandise. They hold a monthly morning market every fourth Sunday except for the end of the year.

    帰省して必ずと言って良いくらいお土産を買いに行く所です。 ついつい見ていると時間の経つのをわすれてしまうくらいいろいろと揃っています。見ているだけで楽しくなります。

    乗り継ぎのついでに立ち寄るのを楽しみにしていましたが、シャッターがおり、中止の看板がありました。それほどお客さんが来なかったのかもしれません。きっぷ売り場の人は親切で、飲み物の自販機が一台あります。

    備前焼の里伊部の、備前焼のお店が並ぶ通りぞいにある備前焼の窯元。店内は広めで、普段づかいできるお皿やカップ類がたくさん並んでいます。近くにいろいろお店があるので、見比べながら、自分好みの器が探せます。

    県道5号線沿いにある、小さな農産物直売所です。店の前には花や野草などが、店内には農産物やお菓子などが売っています。小さい店なので当然品数も少なく、午後に行くとほとんどが売り切れでした。川沿いの田園風景が広がるのんびりしたところでした。
