    Visitors can eat and shop here overlooking the majestic view of the Sea of ??Japan. There is a very popular restaurant on the second floor offering fresh seafood from the Sea of ??Japan as well as the regional specialty, Iwami pork. At the market on the first floor you can buy Hamada brand items including many fish and processed goods. Various kinds of experience classes are also held.

    バイパス沿いにあり、利用後もバイパスに戻れる便利な場所。 駐車場も広く、車中泊と思しき車がたくさんいた。 ゆうひパークの名の通り夕日が綺麗らしいが、訪問が夜だったので夕日どころか海が見えるのかすら確認できなかった。 新しいようで、設備も綺麗。

    "This roadside station is located at the eastern entrance to Shimane Prefecture, home to mythology. It is a multipurpose facility open 24 hours proving information and holding various events, as well as a market selling seafood and marine produce from off the Sanin coast and farm produce directly to the customer. In the renovated Meiji era house moved here as a Japanese restaurant, ""Nakaumi-no-Sato"", visitors can enjoy Yasugi cuisine in a relaxing space."

    Stopped here and saw a few cute shops when I was passing through. Only really worth checking out if you have business in the area.

    A roadside station standing along National Route 9 in Taki Town, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. Kirara Beach, a popular beach for swimming, sprawls behind the station. Visitors can view the cobalt blue ocean from the beach, free rest area, and restaurants, and the sunset in the area, selected as one of the one hundred best in Japan, is particularly superb. There's a shop selling local specialty products and a food court with local dishes you can enjoy in a street stall-like atmosphere, and the station is a convenient place for taking a break in between a scenic drive or day of leisure. The station's popular soft serve ice cream is made with Taki figs, a local specialty product.

    A roadside station located along National Route 9 in Izumo City, Tottori Prefecture. In addition to a rest area and information corner, there are a variety of facilities in the station which present the charms of the local area. The station restaurant's dishes made with local specialty products are popular, including Shussai ginger, Izumo soba noodles, and Yamato basket clams. There's also a shop selling souvenirs such as legacy rice varieties, Shussai pottery, and of course live basket clams. The outdoor footbath is free to use and you can also take home healthy hot spring water from the station's hot spring water stand.

    People going back to the station or the airport with some time on their hands head here to rest their feet in a foot spa bath. Nice temperature and good for weary feet. It also has so many gifts and...

    奥出雲方面に出かけた際に休憩で立ち寄りました。レストランなども併設されているため利用しやすい道の駅です。

    "This roadside station is about a 30-minute walk from World Heritage Site Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine. Adjacent to Imbara Station on the old Sanko Line, this facility offers a selection of local fresh produce. This particular spot's original product is egoma (perilla), which is rich in α-Linolenic acid. They sell the leaves, seeds, and oil, all of which contain α-Linolenic acid used for the production of EPA/DHA, omega-3 fatty acids, giving this plant the nickname ""blue-backed fish of the field."" This quality has helped it gain attention as a health food, and the restaurant on-site offers meals made with egoma, as well as Iwami-wagyu Yakiniku Don grilled beef rice bowls, Iwami pork ginger saute, and other meal sets."

    お土産ものや、地元の野菜なども販売されていた道の駅です。 隣にコンビニもあるのと、あまり付近に休憩できるところも少ないので、立ち寄るにはいい場所だと思います。 特産のエゴマを使ったドレッシングなど豊富にあって、何を買おうか迷います。

    This roadside station is popular with people travelling from Hiroshima. The building is designed to look like an old-style sake brewery. Next door is a market selling 400 varieties of freshly caught local seafood and agriculture produce. In addition, the lunchbox of generous amounts of Iwami Beef, as well as the large dishes of sushi, are also popular.

    下関方面に向かう途中で車中泊するため道の駅を探した。 こちらの方が目的地に近いかなと思ってナビを設定したが、バイパスから降りてしばらく走ったところにあるため、ゆうひパーク浜田を使った方が下関に行くには早い道を使えると思われる。 浜田より小さめの道の駅で、車中泊と思しき車も浜田より少なかった。 落ち着いて寝たいたらこちらの方がいいかもしれない。 売店があるが、店が開く前に出発してしまったので内容不明...

    １１月ならまだ降雪前でレンタカーで行けます。また、新米や正月用の餅が入手できる季節です。飛行機で約１時間半。空港から１時間。・・・近くならすぐ行きたい場所です。量り売りの原酒（お勧め）も１１月の気温が低い日なら持ち帰ることがなんとかできます。安心安全な奥出雲の食材をゲットできます。玉峰山荘からなら歩いてこれます。

    道の駅サンピコごうつ（みちのえきサンピコごうつ）は、島根県江津市後地町（しまねけんごうつしうしろじちょう）にある道の駅だ。2021年11月20日、この日は道の駅阿武町（みちのえきあぶちょう）で夕日を見た。 そこから車で、道の駅サンピコごうつにやってきた。駐車場はとても広い。国道９号線沿いに建っている。建物が左右に分かれている。左側にコンビニがある。「猪出没注意」の張り紙（苦笑）熊でなくて良かった...

    道の駅に併設されて食堂もあります。 ご当地名物の出雲蕎麦もオンメニューされていました。 こちらの蕎麦は地元の会社本田商店の蕎麦を使用していると宣伝されていました。 私は、『割子そば』を注文。蕎麦のご当地で食べるのはやはり違います。

    移動中、たまたま道の駅があったのでトイレ休憩で利用した。建物２Fでは、食事もできるようだ。休憩に利用しただけなので、建物内の様子はわからない。

    美保関から松江に向かって、国道431号を左に中海を見ながら走り、昼食のため立ち寄りました。地産品売場は狭いですが、ファミマも併設しています。小さな食堂で餅の入ったうどんを食べましたが、安くてボリュームがあり、結構美味しかったです。本庄は武蔵坊弁慶が生まれ育った地らしく、入口には可愛い弁慶の像がありました。

    六日市温泉は経営不振ということで心配していましたが、道の駅はたくさんのお客さん。行った時には和牛のセールで、お客さんがあふれていました。地元産の季節の果物が目当てでしたが、やや品薄。時間が遅かったのかもしれません。お店には時々良いものが並びますので、近くに行くときは寄ったらよいと思います。

    平日の昼間に行きました。 源泉掛け流しで源泉の温度は３７度、実際のお湯の温度は３３度程度です。 夏の暑い日でもゆっくりと浸かる事ができます。 横には温めたお風呂もあります。 少し濁っており、軽く硫黄の匂いもしています。 近郊の人が来ている感じで落ち着けました。価格もリーズナブルでした。

    時間のあるときには三好市と日本海側をつなぐこの国道54号線をドライブするのが大好きです。運転もしやすいのですが、日本の里山の典型的な姿と思わせるような、懐かしいよい景観が続来ます。この道の駅の設備は素晴らしく、併設した青空市には新鮮な夏野菜がたくさん届いていました。
