    A leisure facility located on the grounds of the Daisen Cattle Field in Houki Town, Saihaku County, Tottori Prefecture. 600 meters above sea level, the area offers a spectacular view of the Sea of Japan and Mt. Daisen. Numerous milk cows graze in the area, and visitors can enjoy the pastoral atmosphere as well as connecting with the animals. A variety of events are held at the site, and visitors can practice milking a cow using a model or try a confection-making class (reservation required). In the adjoining restaurant, you can enjoy dishes made with an abundance of fresh milk and dairy products. In addition to souvenirs, the shop sells a popular specially made soft serve ice cream limited to around 5,000 servings per day.

    Located in Hoki town, Saihaku county, this is the direct wholesaler of Daisen G Beer—a local beer brewed using spring water from Daisen. It is a beer restaurant with a European-style brick exterior, located at 300 meters, at the base of Daisen-Oki National Park. From sausages and spare ribs that go great with beer to oven-blazed pizza, pasta, and original curry, there is something for everyone, from kids to adults.

    "This farmers market is located just off the Mizukuchi Interchange on the Yonago Expressway. The market's dome-shaped building commands a view of Mt. Daisen; dedicated to the theme of ""locality,"" inside customers can purchase local foods and ingredients. The market's freshly harvested vegetables and fruits, and foods are all local and all chosen based on the motto of ""fresh, safe, and healthy."" The market's fresh highland vegetables, picked that very morning, were grown in so-called ""black terracotta"" soil made up of volcanic ash, and all are highly praised for their vibrancy and nutritiousness. The market also has a restaurant in the back where you can enjoy Hoki Wagyu beef, a rare brand name variety of Japanese beef which is hard to acquire even locally."

    江府町にあるブルーベリーファームに隣接するカフェです。 季節限定の営業なので、タイミングが合わないとなかなか訪問できません。 店内は、爽やかな空間で落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができます。 このお店に来たからにはと注文したブルーベリーのスムージーは、 酸味が適度にきいた美味しいドリンクでした。

    大山駅から歩いて15分くらいでしょうか。スーパーエムマートの向かい側に、昔ながらの食堂があります。私は人気の親子丼650円を注文しました。主人は、オススメの牛骨ラーメン大山盛り1300円を注文。2玉入りで唐揚げやらチャーシューやらゆで卵やらのっていて大盛りです。無料で白飯をつけられます。どちらも大変美味しくいただきました。

    店内は思ったよりも広くてカウンターのほかにテーブル席が４卓有りゆっくり座れます。味噌ラーメンと半チャーハンの焼き飯セットを注文、しばらくすると出てきました。麺はストレートの太麺でもう少し濃いめのスープが良いかなと思いました。チャーシューはバーナーでこがしていて香ばしいかおりで美味しかったです。炒飯は水分多めでピラフのような感じでした。ごちそうさまでした。
