    Amazing architecture mixed with old and new Japanese style. Well preserved and original design. Garden and Koi pond were beautiful, but off limits to visitors. But you can see them through the rooms...

    Tottori Yazu-gun Chizucho Chizu 545

    旧塩屋出店の裏庭の一角。表には表札が出ています。 元々は戦前に建てられた結核療養施設。今ではこうして西河克己氏の映画記念館となりました。 けっこう小さな建物ですが、展示品は意外に豊富。「絶唱」「伊豆の踊子」などの代表作のポスターのほか、主演の山口百恵、三浦友和からの手紙といった貴重なお宝もさりげなくありました。
