- This facility is located a five-minute drive from JR Shirahama Station on rafts in Tanabe Bay, Nanki Shirahama, adjacent to an fish farming tank. Visitors can fish for black sea bream, red sea bream, yellowfin sea bream, longtooth grouper, flounder, and other species, and sometimes they catch an unexpectedly large fish. There are three large rafts with toilet facilities and roofs and 28 smaller mullet rafts. A special boat carries visitors to the rafts, and their choice of raft is available on a first-come, first-served basis. On weekdays, visitors can rent an entire raft for themselves. Fishing contests are held on the rafts on a regular basis.

- "This museum is located a 15-minute drive via Prefectural Route 34 from the Nanki Shirahama Interchange on the Kisei Expressway. As befits its location in Wakayama, ""the land of trees,"" this building, imbued with the scent of natural wood, is made of cedar cypress wood and stands in Heisogen Park, a highland that affords a view of the town of Shirahama. There is an experiential learning stadium that makes use of video, as well as information and materials about onsen (hot springs) all over Japan, the chemical components and effects of Shirahama hot springs, and the history and everyday culture of the area, are displayed in an enjoyable and easily understood way. The tables on the ground floor, made from local Kishu wood, are a place for park visitors to relax."

- "This is the oldest diving facility in Shirahama, right off the beach, a 30-minute drive via National Route 42 from the Nanki Tanabe Interchange of the Hanwa Expressway. Due to the influence of the Kuroshio Current, the sea around Shirahama is very clear, and diving is enjoyable year-round. The Diving Experience Course, which lets beginners walk around underwater without worries, is highly recommended. Holders of a C-class diving license can enjoy a ""fun dive"" with a guide. The facility is equipped with a seawater pool, where customers can refresh their skills or learn to dive for the first time. All the necessary equipment is available for rent."

白浜駅構内にある案内所で、待合室に繋がっており利用するには便利な位置となっていました。周辺のパンフレット類は沢山並んでおり、流石に観光地の案内所と感心しましたが、肝心の係員は不在となっていましたが、駅前で観光客の案内を行っていたようでした。

一階がお土産二階はランチが出来たのでエビフライ定食を食べました。海老は小さめでしたがちゃんと新鮮な味がしてとても美味しかったです。 店員さんも親切で丁寧、優しかったです。 海岸の方にも遊びに行きましたが比較的ゴミが少なく、ゴミ拾いをしにビーチを散歩したのが楽しかったです！
