    土曜日の17時前に到着しました。夕方の部の開店前なのですが、すぐに座席以上の来店客で待ち時間が発生。流行ってるお店なんですね。 ラーメンをいただきました。味も良くて、また行きたいなと思わせるお店でした。

    ゲストハウスの紹介で行きました。 おすすめのちゃんぽんは、具沢山で最後までやけどしそうに熱く 焼き飯の香ばしい炒め方も絶妙です どちらも、素晴らしいお味でした。 こちらの出張に来たら必ず寄るつもりです。

    夜遅くまでやっているので、夜食に訪問。ストレートの細麺に少しとろみのある感じの醤油スープです。意外にあっさりしていて、翌日胃もたれすることはなかったです。地元率高めだと思います。

    白浜ラーメンはわたしには合いませんでした。 鯛の出汁なので魚介系のスープの好き嫌いで評価が分かれのかもしれません。 麺も、のびのびでした。
