    You’ll find this soba restaurant near the “Yukimuraan Temple” named after Sengoku general Sanada Yukimura. It is located inside of a renovated old home, giving it a very intriguing ambience. This famous shop serves “Kishu Kudoyama Sanada soba” made from Shinshu soba powder. There’s also “zaru soba” (soba served on a bamboo sieve with dipping sauce) that uses Nihachi-soba (20 percent wheat flour and 80 percent buckwheat flour) served with a rich broth that goes down well. Sanada’s family crest is carved into the walls, and the menu include options such as “Yukimura gozen (set meal)” and “Daisuke gozen.” The nearest station is Kudoyama Station.

    名前は信州そば信濃路ですが、 手打ちにこだわった感じの蕎麦屋さんではなさそう。 定食に力を入れてる感じ。 お蕎麦は美味しかったです。 普通な感じの細麺でした。

    何回か食べに行っていますが、いつも接客のマナーがなっていません。バイトの人は履物のかかとを踏んでるし、注文の聞き忘れもありますし、グラスコップも綺麗に洗えておらず、前の人が食べた物の何かがくっついた状態で出されてきました。交換はしてもらいましたが…今回だし巻き卵も注文しましたが、ひどい出来でした。これをお客に出してはいけないと思います…

    橋本駅で電車を降りて、高野街道を歩こうとして、先ずは腹ごしらえ。うまい具合にうどん屋がありました。中に入ると薄暗い中に黒光りするカウンター。よく使い込まれていて歴史を感じさせます。とても懐かしい昭和の時間がそこには流れていました。ちゃんと作った丼とうどんは美味しくないわけはありません。また訪れてみたい店でした。

    この店は地元では古くから知られている。店はバラック仕立ておっちゃんもこわそうな感じなのだがサービスは良く、味も美味しく個性が引き立っている。から揚げの衣の味など素晴らしい。豚足も名物メニュー。美味くて安い！駅からは遠いです。

    メニューも多く、座席には仕切りがあるので、ゆっくりと食べることが出来ます。お箸の袋を集めてその点数によってお店の食器などと交換できるのも良いですね。
