    ログハウスのラーメン屋らしからぬ店構え。下調べなければ来ない店である。口コミ通り、変わったラーメンが数多くあり、迷った挙句、普通のラグマンにした。白菜の甘味ある新しい味のラーメンだった。

    魚介醤油系の和歌山ラーメンではここが一番美味しいと思います。地元の人は昔から知っているので、深夜でもお客さんが次々に入って来ます。おばちゃんの体調次第でお休みになる事が多くなったけど、身体に気をつけて何とかこの味を続けて欲しいです。

    和歌山で食べる味噌ラーメンの麺は、中華そばのような麺を使っている店が多く、味噌味の中華といった感じですが、ここの麺は、中太ちぢれ麺で、まさに、ラーメンの麺で、和歌山で一番美味しい味噌ラーメンだと感じました。

    ストライク軒の湯上り塩レモンラーメンを注文しました。レモンの風味の変わった味のラーメンでした。レモンを搾るとどのように味が変化するのかと思い、搾るとエグミで、全くの別物となってました。
