The facility's International Hall is frequently used to host live music concerts as well as high school and university student recitals and events. The hall has seating on floors one through three and can accommodate up to 2,100 spectators. The facility also hosts cafes, boutiques, and other establishments; SOL, an area used to hold workshops; and rentable conference rooms available for meetings as well as training sessions and lectures. In the summer, a beer garden is held in the rooftop garden, the first in the area to be produced by ""plant hunter"" Seijun Nishihata."

    Designed to be integrate seamlessly into the adjoining Nagisa Park by architect Tadao Ando, the museum was opened in 2002 as one of the largest art museum in Western Japan. Located in Hat Kobe, locals simply call it, “the art museum.” The museum’s collection spans some 9,000 pieces of modern sculptures, woodblock prints, and contemporary art by Japanese and international artists as well as works by Hyogo-born artists such as Ryohei Koiso and Tadanori Yokoo.

    This is a large Ferris wheel located in Kobe City's popular date spot “Kobe Harborland” where you can enjoy a 360 degrees view of Kobe. In the afternoon, you can view the Ferris wheel colorfully painted, and in the evening you can enjoy its illuminated appearance. Daytime is suited to families as there are “Dokin's Heart Cafe Gondolas” with cute illustrations of Dokin-chan and in the summer there are also gondolas with pleasant air conditioning. In addition, enjoying the night view of Kobe Port and Harborland from a gondola is recommended to couples in the evening.

    Located in the HAT in Kobe, this facility looks to take the lessons learned from the Great Kobe Earthquake of 1995 and teach the importance of Emergency Management, natural disaster reduction, and natural disaster prevention to the 21st century and the world though a collection of documents, sources, and exhibits that will help train the youth in emergency management. In the Great Earthquake Hall on the fourth floor of the West Bldg. you can experience the terrible sights and sounds of an earthquake's destruction in the theater as well as visit a diorama of what the cityscape looked like immediately following the earthquake. There are records of the experiences of disaster victims and on the third floor of the East Bldg. there is the Threat of Wind and Water Disasters corner where you can learn about storm and flood damage. This is a popular destination for school events as well as those in training.

    A performing arts theater located a five-minute walk from Shinkaichi Station and an eight-minute walk from Kobe Station and Kosoku Kobe Station. Since the theater opened in 1946, its stage has hosted movie stars, actors, and singers. After the Great Hanshin Earthquake, a new theater was built on the site specializing in taishu engeki, a genre of popular theater. Performances are held twice a day in the afternoon and the evening and visitors can enjoy plays, dancing shows, and more. The theater also accepts large group reservations.

    新開地にある、非常にローカルな劇場。昭和の昔の雰囲気はこのようなものだったのかと回想させる。危なくもないし異空間を味わえる。

    This park is located along National Route 2 in Ichinotani-cho, Suma-ku, Kobe City. It has a fishing platform that extends 400 meters offshore and a red sea bream fishing pond. There is also a cafeteria where you can eat while gazing at the sea and shops. There are various types of fish, and there are sections with fences so everyone from beginners to advanced fishers can enjoy themselves.

    JR神戸線の須磨駅を降りて海岸沿いを須磨浦公園方面に向かって歩いていたら、海の中にあるこちらの公園が見えました。近くにいくまで何か分かりませんでしたが、到着して須磨海づり公園である事がわかりました。 残念ながら休園日だったようです。 名前の通り釣りが楽しめる場所なんですね。

    Approximately eight minutes on foot from JR Sumakaihinkoen Station. The beach stretches about 1,800 meters from 1-chome Wakamiya Town to 6-chome Sumaura-dori in Suma Ward. Usually open from early July to late August, it features a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with green pines.

    A park sprawling 1.6 kilometers north and south along the Ikuta River a three-minute walk from Shin-Kobe Station on JR, municipal subway, and Hokushin Kyuko Electric Railway lines. The park extends from Shin-Kobe Station to HAT Yume Park. An avenue of some 150 cherry trees called the Nunobiki Hana Kaido follows the river, and in spring when the cherry blossoms are in bloom the Ikuta River Cherry Blossom Festival is held and the trees are lit up at night for visitors to enjoy. Facilities include steps leading to a terraced, maintained section of the river; a playground with large play equipment; and a Chinese-style arbor. Visitors can catch sight of wild birds along the river such as spot-billed ducks.

    朝早い電車の待合に新神戸駅周辺を散策です。駅前からは素晴らし日の出の光景を目にしました。春はあけぼのとはよく言ったものですね。ここの公園は桜が有名、満開時にまた来てみたいものです。

    Located in the “foreign building district (Ijinkan-gai)” of Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, this museum was opened with the assistance of the Denmark embassy and the Denmark commerce office. It introduces Denmark’s history and culture and contains many fascinating sights, including a Viking ship replica half the actual size along with a recreation of the study used by fairy tale author Hans Christian Andersen. Cute Denmark-inspired goods are also available at an adjoining facility. The nearest stations are Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Station.

    オランダ館にいったついでに、デンマーク館にも立ち寄りました。 主に、ヴァイキングについての資料館といった面持で15分もあれば回りおわると思います。 特にすごく面白いというわけではないですが、まあこんなものかなと思って見て回りました。

    A museum where visitors can learn about the lives and activities of the overseas Chinese who moved to Kobe with the opening of the Port of Kobe in 1868. The museum is located a five-minute walk east from the Exit 2 of Minato Motomachi Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line. An unusual facility in that it is operated by overseas Chinese living in Kobe, museum exhibits range from works of art to everyday tools and include rare cultural artefacts, writings, and historical materials. Here visitors can trace the history of exchange between Japanese people and the overseas Chinese who played such a large role in the development of the international trade center that is Kobe, catching a glimpse of the little-known world of overseas Chinese.

    This museum located in the Ijinkan area (an area of Western-style buildings built mostly for foreign settlers) in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture introduces the history and culture of Austria, with an emphasis on the famous composer, Mozart. In the building, recreated to look like an aristocratic house of the 18th century, are exhibits which display costumes and wedding features reminiscent of the court culture of the time, and portraits of the Holy Roman Empress Maria Theresia. You can also see a replica of the piano used by Mozart and music written by the man himself. There is also a chocolate shop selling goods direct from prestigious hotels in Vienna, and you can enjoy the taste of delicious chocolate while having a drink on the garden terrace.

    アシックススポーツ用品が好きなので、興味があり行ってみました。ポートライナー中埠頭駅を降りて徒歩3分くらいの所です。無料で見学できる施設で、建物の1、2階で見学でします。1階はアスリート体験ができ、2階は選手のサイン入りのシューズやスポーツ用品なども展示されています。アシックスの歴史を学ぶ事もできて良かったです。ゆっくり見学できました。

    The Platon Decorative Arts Museum is a Western-style building located in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, one of the former residences built for foreign settlers in 1915. The interior of the building is open as an art museum, and has on display furniture and decorations dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, and furniture of the Italian sculptor Victor Aimone. There are many other valuable pieces of work to see such as paintings by Millet, Rousseau and Bonnard, hand-drawn sketches by Jean Cocteau, and sculptures by Rodin. You can enjoy tea or lunch at the poolside cafe in the South European-styled garden with pool.

    もちろん、お茶をプールサイドで楽しめますが、館内の部屋の調度品が素晴らしく、お茶以外に十分楽しめます。驚くに値する絵画、ワインのコレクション、宝石が見られます。

You can appreciate the bridge, especially known for its beautiful night views, illuminated by the night lights and illumination shows that shine across the sea.

    A seven minute walk from JR Maiko Station and Sanyo Electric Railway Maiko-koen Station. This park is located midway between Tarumi Station and Maiko Station and recreates the picturesque scenery of Maiko Beach. Throughout the year, visitors can play on playground equipment and enjoy ground golf; with an advance reservation, there's also barbecuing. Walkers can get a stamp card and follow a designated walking course themed after the 53 Stations of the Tokaido. Limited time events are also held here such as outdoor yoga classes close to the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and hula dancing trial classes on the beach. In the summer, the beach is open to swimmers.

    A small museum dedicated to Gigantor and Sangokushi at the southernmost part of Taisho-suji Shopping Street. Look for the stone statue of Sun Quan located near the intersection with Rokkenmichi Shopping Street. The museum displays the late Mitsuteru Yokoyama's work and items related to it. Shin-Nagata is the hometown of this manga artist who is famous for Gigantor, the Three Kingdoms, and other comics. Panels highlighting his work, a Gigantor monument, and stone statues of the Three Kingdoms are set up throughout the town. There are also life-size figures from the series such as Zhuge Liang, fun interactive displays related to the manga including the Green Dragon Crescent Blade wielded by Guan Yu, and screenings of the original cartoons, drawing lots of tourists from Japan and around the world every day.

    横山光輝の漫画に因んだ三国志と鉄人28号のイベントを見たいと、神戸地下鉄駒ヶ林駅から大正筋通りを新長田駅へ向かって歩きました。残念ながら、大正筋商店街は定休日で、鉄人三国志ギャラリーなどの関連施設も閉まっていて、唯一見られたのが、三国志ガーデンでした。三国志の主要な登場人物の京劇?の面が並んでいますから

    A 2.7-hectare municipal park sprawling in the heart of downtown Kobe City on the south side of Sannomiya Station on JR and private railway lines. Originally built in the Meiji period as Japan's first Western-style exercise park, the park also served as an origin point from which Western sports such as baseball and soccer spread throughout the country. Today, the park is also used as the primary venue for events such as the Kobe Festival, the Kobe Luminarie, and memorial ceremonies for the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The park grounds are also the location of monuments relating to the disaster, such as a monument to the souls lost and post-disaster recovery, and the 1/17 Light of Hope.

It opened in 1996 as a networking space to foster young artists in a city where the arts were taking hold. In addition to event halls, galleries, and theaters, they provide rental spaces like ateliers, rehearsal rooms, and meeting rooms. They regularly hold workshops and study groups, and screen films in the theater.
