This ropeway is in Kinosaki-cho, Toyooka City. It runs from Kinosaki Onsen Station to the Daishi Sancho Station via the Onsenji Station. The 676-meter one-way trip takes about seven minutes. Onsenji Temple is located near Onsenji Station, and its main hall is a National Important Cultural Property. The Kinosaki Art Museum is also on the grounds. The temple's Oku-no-in Daishido sub-temple is on the summit, where there's also a lookout with a sweeping view of the hot spring town and the Sea of Japan.

Kinosaki onsen ropeway Its nice to see area of Kinosaki from the top. Definitely a must when going to Kinokasi Onsen. Theres a Cafe at the top where we got some hotdogs.

This ropeway in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture whisks you between Arima Onsen Station and Rokko Sancho Station in about 12 minutes. In the spring, scenery of fresh green and flowering trees and bushes like mountain cherries, magnolias, and azaleas spreads below you, and in summer you can enjoy the trilling of insects and the night view. The colored leaves across the mountainside are gorgeous in autumn, and in wintertime you can take in the glistening snowscape. There are a variety of tourist facilities right near Rokko Sancho Station, including Rokko Garden Terrace, Field Athletics, and Country House.

A lovely break from the busy city below. The staff were very friendly, the facilities were clean, the exhibitions were quite interesting and the coffee and cake rather nice.

"A Ferris wheel located in the Awaji Service Area on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway. 65-meter tall, riders can enjoy a journey through the sky that takes 15 minutes per revolution and enjoy a sweeping view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Kobe Airport from 135 meters above sea level. The Ferris wheel has 40 gondolas for six person equipped with air conditioning. In the ""see through"" gondolas, the seats, floor, walls, and everything else are transparent, and riders can take in 360 degree panoramic scenery. The pet gondolas are equipped with a small breed dog sized bed on the seat and allow riders to board with their beloved pet to enjoy the view together."

A chocolate factory and museum operated by the famous confectionary company Glico located a one-minute walk from the Takatsukadai 1-Chome bus stop. The entrance is a giant Pocky stick and inside visitors can peer through windows and watch snacks like Pocky and Pretz being made. The facility also offers visitors the chance to make Bisco by hand. The factory shop sells exclusive and new products perfect for souvenirs and gifts. Entry requires a reservation made by phone or over the Internet; reservations are accepted up to four months in advance.

This rural park with hands-on workshops is in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. You can reach it by taking the Shinki Green Bus from Ikuno Station on the JR Bantan Line and getting off at the Yodel Forest stop. The park has lots of seasonal plants like tulips, cosmos flowers, and sage, as well as animals you can get up close to including alpacas, red kangaroos, snowy owls, and red-and-green macaws. They also have lots of organized activities like pizza and rice flour chiffon making classes, craft workshops where you make plastic accessories and decorate ceramics, horseback riding programs, and more.

An activity and tourism-oriented farm located a five-minute drive from the Sanda-Nishi interchange on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway. The farm's spacious grounds encompass a shiitake mushroom picking hill, hydrangea garden, and sweet potato digging field. There's also an insect specimen hall where visitors can see examples of rare and exotic bugs from around the world year-round. One of the farm's biggest draws is that visitors can enjoy seasonal foods and flavors here, such as strawberry picking and sweet potato digging to eat. Visitors can also try making Tamba (Tachikui yaki) ware, a local pottery variety famous since ancient times-pottery making takes around one hour. In addition, there's a decorating only course available.

Take a fishing boat from this port on Sakoshi Bay to go fishing at the best fishing spot or experience teichi-ami fixed net fishing. Their fishing programs also give you the chance to eat your catch with wappa-jiru soup and hama-meshi rice together with your fellow passengers. The season runs between April and October. From November to March they offer all-you-can-eat oysters and the event where visitors can experience oyster shucking. In January and February, you can purchase a whole string of oysters farmed from their oyster rafts (must order in advance). You can take them with you or rent a space to charcoal-grill them on the spot.

A large culture and recreation facility located a 10-minute drive from the Sanda-nishi interchange on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway where visitors can see, experience, and enjoy Tamba ware, one of Japan's renowned six forms of ancient pottery. Tamba ware is characterized by its simple, un-affectated design and is highly utilitarian, making Tamba ware tableware excellent for everyday use. Some 70 superb examples of ancient Tamba ware created between the distant Kamakura period and the Edo period are displayed in the park's Traditional Learning Hall, as well as new pieces and traditional crafts by modern artisans. The park conducts clay crafting and pottery painting classes, as well. In addition, a wide variety of pottery is on display and offered for sale in the Kamamoto-Yokocho ceramics shop.

This park is in Tando, Shinonsen Town, Mikata County. Covering 210 hectares, it's divided into three sections. The Farm Village area features a restaurant, accommodation, a barbecue house, the Tajima Cattle Museum, and an exhibition barn. Visitors can get in touch with the ranch's animals at their Petting Zoo Area. The park's Ski Area doubles as its grazing field for Tajima cattle during the green season. They also offer various food preparation and craft making programs and hold events like the Tajima Beef Festival in the fall.

This is Japan's largest herb gardens which are located in Kobe City. This vast site holds about 75,000 herbs and seasonal flowers of about 200 varieties which bloom in profusion. There is a medieval times old fortress style rest house, a rose garden with about 60 varieties of roses planted, a garden terrace and a garden for all four seasons, etc. In addition, there are a restaurant where you can taste buffet-style herb cuisine and an open cafe. You can also enjoy illuminations along with night views during evening opening hours.

Kids and grown-ups alike have fun at this petting ranch. Visitors get the chance to feed goats, donkeys, rabbits, and other animals that have been raised there. With advanced bookings, you can try cheese making, harvesting seasonal produce, or taking a donkey for a stroll. Its cafe restaurant features lots of items made with Awaji grown vegetables as well as their famous Awaji Earth Burger made with Awaji beef. You can also have a lunchtime barbecue if you book ahead. This motorized cable car whisks you from the base to the summit of Mt. Rokko in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. To reach it, you can get a Kobe City bus from either Hanshin Mikage Station or JR Rokkomichi Station to Rokko Cable Shita Station and board the cable car from there. Their red and green Car 1 features natural wood flooring and seating, and the glass ceiling lets you take in Rokko's natural environment. Their Car 2 was fashioned after the old Hanshin Electric Railway? number 1 series and Kobe City Tramway. It's carpeting and thick moquette fabric seating provides a settled atmosphere.

The facility was originally built to serve as a rest home for a labor union, but today it is open to the general public. Facilities include a campground, adventure park with two 19 station courses, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool, and visitors can also enjoy cycling and mountain climbing in the area. The facility offers a variety of seasonal events, such as firefly watching and experiencing rural life activities. Visitors can also take in area culture through things like Tamba ware pottery classes.

アスレチックのあるリゾート施設です。湖畔のレイクプラザでぼたん鍋をいただきました。親睦旅行だったので広間を利用しましたが清潔で眺めも良く、上ロース猪肉はとろけるような舌触りで大満足でした。

Uzushio Cruise operates tourist boats from Kameura Port in Oge, Tosadomariura, Naruto-cho, Naruto City. They provide a chance to view the whirlpools of the Naruto Strait, which has one of the fastest tidal currents in the world. Their large Wonder Naruto takes whirlpool viewing excursions and the smaller Aqua Edi has an observation area where you can check them out from one meter below the surface. There are a total of ten trips or more per day. Reservations are required for the Aqua Edi, but not for the Wonder Naruto.

This orchard about a five-minute drive from Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway's Tsuna Ichinomiya Interchange via Prefectural Route 66 offers a variety of pick-your-own fruit year-round. In addition to greenhouse grown mandarin oranges and kyoho grapes, you can pick strawberries, blueberries, figs, and extra sweet fruit tomatoes. Their farm cafe Kanomi opened in 2011. They serve items like fresh juice with fruit harvested that day, fruit sandwiches, cake with seasonal fruit, and their house curry.

盗難防止のために、背負っていたナップサックは車内に置くように言われた。そこまでは納得できる。だが、同行の女性も同サイズのナップサックを背負っていたのに、それは背負ったまま温室内に入って構わないと言われた。これは納得できない。外見か性別で泥棒と疑う姿勢には呆れた。

A horseback riding club located close to Roadside Station Miki in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The club is divided into three areas-Equis no Mori, where visitors can meet horses; Eo no Mori, where events and workshops can be held; and Mio no Mori, an industry and culture zone where club activity presentations and exhibitions can be conducted. Numerous horseback riding competitions are held throughout the year in the Equis no Mori area. The club also offers horseback riding for beginners and rope led horseback rides, and visitors can get up close to a horse and even give one a carrot with their bare hands.
