    This old sushi restaurant established in 1841 is famous for its “Hakozushi,” conceived by its third generation chef. The “Hakozushi” box is loved as a beautiful, representative type of Osaka sushi that remains delicious even after some time has passed, filled with premium toppings including conger eel cooked in a sauce that has been passed down since the restaurant’s founding, thick fried egg, small sea bream and shrimp, as well as nori seaweed and shiitake mushrooms over a bed of sushi rice. The second floor is an elegant eating space where one can enjoy an Osaka sushi course menu. The nearest station is Yodoyabashi Station.

    令和にオープンしたばかりのレストランです。大起水産は大阪で飲食店を展開しており、この店は川の駅はちけんやの中にあります。鮮度にこだわった新鮮なまぐろや海鮮をいつでも味わうことができます。店内は広く、開放感があり、大川の景観を望むことができます。ランチメニューの日替り上海鮮丼ハーフを頂きました。酢飯とバラスも良く、美味しく頂きました。
