    A lifelong learning center located in Shimotawara, Shijonawate City. Surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of Kongo-Ikoma-Kisen Quasi-National Park, the center has facilities such as lodges, an astronomy dome, cooking areas, a workshop, and birdwatching hut, and the center can be used for outdoor and nature activities. The center also offers a variety of programs, including nature experiences, outdoor cooking, crafting classes, and astronomical observation.
