Products for sale are made from domestic Japanese boxwood dried for over ten years and include carefully made travel sized combs and hand engraved hairpin combs. They also sell more affordable combs made with imported boxwood.

Other recommended products are their Suguki pickled turnips and Senmaizuke pickled radishes.

    A wire netting industrial arts shop and workshop located near Bukkoji Temple. While the wire netting craft was first used on the outsides of shrines and temples as bird repellant and for lanterns it's long association with shrines and temples led to an increase in the art. The beauty and warmth of the art can be felt in the hexagonal patterns of the tea strainers and tofu scoops that are handmade, one by one.

    This long-established store of incense near Nishi Honganji Temple is a 15 minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. The inside of the shop is large, and soft light creates a quiet atmosphere. The shop conveys one of Japan’s three largest forms of art, Kodo (traditional incense-smelling ceremony) to the present age. On the first floor of the store you can find gifts and items for the home, and on the second floor aroma bags and incense burners that can be enjoyed easily everyday are sold. Of course not only items for gifts but also able to be used for various purposes such as a room decoration and wearing. In Kungyokudo there is a fragrance seat facing the courtyard, and classes to experience incense smelling are held.
