- "A horumonyaki offal barbecue restaurant located on the first floor of the Mimatsu Kaikan a short distance west from the Matsubara Bridge along Matsubara-dori Street. The restaurant is designed to be a place you can casually drop by and enjoy delicious horumonyaki offal barbecue. The shio (salt-based sauce) horumon is particularly popular and not just locals but people from across the country and even the world come to this popular establishment to eat it. In addition to shio, the restaurant also offers shoyu yuzu tare (soy sauce yuzu citrus sauce) and miso tare (miso-based sauce) horumon dishes. The restaurant's specialty, however, is its ""Hoso Shio,"" small beef intestine in a salt-based sauce. In addition, the establishment's kimchi, made according to a traditional method, is quite popular and is available for takeout. Other recommendations include the wagyu beef sirloin yukhoe and red meat assortment. The restaurant also offers limited quantity and seasonal dishes."
