    This European restaurant opened in 1970 inside of a renovated Iberian-style house originally built in 1929 to house the art collection of the Japanese-style painter Hashimoto Kansetsu. The restaurant's freshly-boiled pasta and its homemade pizza have been beloved since its opening. Guests can enjoy these and other items in the restaurant's open garden, which is surrounded by flowers.

    名に冠する通り、典型的なビストロです。近時流行りの品目多め、ポーション少な目ではなく、しっかりとした一皿一皿が並びます。二名の場合、前菜と主菜を二品ずつ頼むと些か多いですし、「かなり多いですが、、」と忠告してくれます。夜は原則アラカルトですが、宴会利用ではプリフィックスを組んでくれます。ポーションを抑えて、前菜、主菜は数品目から選びます。デゼールはアラカルトにはない盛り合わせです。
