    日本によくあるラーメン中華ではない、本物の東北料理と山東料理が食べられます。 まるで北京の一般食堂で食事をしているような感じ、値段は日本価格ですが（笑）。 中国駐在時の普段使いのレストランの味が懐かしくなった時に利用しています。 東北料理なのでやや濃い目の味付けです。

    京都出身者には定評のあるラーメン屋。京都はX軸Y軸の通り名で地名を特定できるはずだが、地元の方は「東大路丸太町のらんたん」とは決して言わず、「熊野神社前のらんたん」という。他の方の評価のとおり、スープの色は濃い目だが、京都風などというエクスキューズなしに関東激戦区でも勝負できそうな良い出汁加減。通いつめたくなるこの味わい。

    たまたま通り掛かって休日のランチとしました。食券購入後にカウンター席に着席するタイプの狭い店舗で、そのテーブル席も窮屈感が拭えませんでした。今回は「台湾まぜそば」大盛を選択したのですが、ボリューム感大で、とても追いめしまでは行きませんでした。

    岡崎にある「一番星」へ訪問しました。 表通りには面してないので、少しわかりにくいかもしれません。 ラーメンは、京都のラーメンという感じで、豚骨醤油ラーメンです。 少し麺のゆで方がやわらかめで気になりましたが、味は美味しかったです。
