    This Japanese cafe can be reached going straight on the road from South Exit 2 of Ishiyama Station on the JR and Keihan Electric Railway, taking a right at the second intersection, and then taking the second left. The cafe sells tea ordered direct from a tea farm grown in Yame City, the city adjacent to the owner's hometown of Kurume City in Fukuoka Prefecture. The cafe is also filled with select tea utensils, tableware, and other items. The cafe serves desserts made with tea, including shaved ice in the summer; and cream anmitsu (sweet beans and fruit in syrup), and zenzai sweet bean soup in the winter.

    A five-minute drive from the Seta-nishi Interchange, Seta-higashi Interchange, and Keiji Bypass; and a six-minute walk from Ishiyamadera Station on the Keihan Electric Railway. This Japanese-style sweets cafe is located next to the Ishiyamadera Post Office and can be reached by head north on the road from the Ishiyamadera Tourist Information Center. The establishment's name is derived from the name of author Toson Shimazaki, who once stayed in Ishiyamadera. Operating out of an elegant and old-fashioned Japanese-style building, the cafe has a space where customers can enjoy original Japanese-style confections like Matcha Kuzu Nagashi (kudzu starch cakes floating in a tea-based sauce), and Fujino (starch dumplings covered with toasted soybean flour).

    This Japanese izakaya pub operates out of an atmospheric remodeled old townhome which can be reached by heading south from Biwako-hamaotsu Station on the Keihan Electric Railway; the pub is almost directly across from a stone monument marking the location of the site of the southeastern watchtower of the outer citadel of Otsu Castle. An Otsu Hyakucho Machinaka Bar-participating establishment, the pub serves oden stew, salads and cut vegetables, sashimi, and a wide variety of other foods that go great with an alcoholic beverage. The Odeko Set, which bears the pub's name, comes with three oden stewed foods and draught beer. The pub also stocks a full array of sakes. The pub is open until midnight.

This tea salon specializing in black teas can be reached by going out of the north side of the station and proceeding north on Tokimekizaka street. Inside, the shop has a relaxing decor modeled after the tea salons of Paris, and customers can enjoy teas handpicked from around the world along with handmade baked sweets.     This sweetfish cuisine restaurant is located a 10-minute walk from JR Kita-Komatsu Station. Comprised of a north building and a south building, the north building has sunken kotatsu seating and can only be used from April to October. In either building, customers can enjoy a view of Lake Biwa along with their meal. Menu highlights include a sweetfish assortment with your choice of three or five fish, a Koi carp course meal, and Omi-style kushiyaki grilled bamboo skewers made with delicious Omi beef and local chicken varieties. From 5 p.m. onward, the restaurant is reservation-only and only open to groups of 10 or more. Groups of two or more who make an advance reservation can make use of a free shuttlebus service from the station and back.

    A one-minute drive from the Hira Ramp, and a 20-minute walk from JR Hira Station. This cafe can be reached by going down Prefectural Route 322 from Biwako Seikei Sport College, turning at the second intersection, and going a little further down the connecting curvy road. The cafe serves choice dishes made with organic vegetables and domestic meats; the most popular item on the menu is the apple and cinnamon chiffon cake. The cafe also serves curry and pasta lunch combo meals, and sells accessories and other items made with Lake Biwa pearls. Groups of two or more who make an advance reservation can make use of a free shuttlebus service from the station and back.

    比良トピアへの道沿いにある、木々にかこまれたカフェレストラン、室内は外観より広く落ち着いた感じで、ゆっくりできます。ランチのパスタを頂きましたが、サラダも新鮮で、美味しかったです、一緒にでたジャスミンティーを頂き、ゆっくりした時間を過ごさせて頂きました。ケーキやカレーあるみたいです。

    A 15-minute walk from JR Katata Station. This Japanese confectionary shop, established in 1985, is located close to Shiga Prefectural Katata High School and is just right of the Ogi Intersection. In recent years, the shop's strawberry-stuffed daifuku rice cakes have become very popular and have been frequently featured in the media. These exquisite treats are only available from mid-November to mid-April and are also only made in small quantities. The shop sells a wide variety of other confections, many of which have won awards in the National Confectionary Exposition, such as a banana and walnut daifuku, and detchi yokan jelly with chestnuts.

    久しぶりに家族で来ました。 二階でゆっくりと食事を楽しみたかったのですが、他の客の子供数人がずっと大きい声でかくれんぼをして遊んでいたので、うるさくてゆっくりできませんでした。 親も何も注意せず、やりたい放題でした。 せっかく久しぶりにマックに来たのに、ストレスが溜まり、疲れました。 子供が店内で大きい声で走り回っても何も注意をせず、親も店員も知らん顔！最低でした。

    琵琶湖ホテルに宿泊したので、朝食ビュッフェをお願いしました。コロナ禍で、どちらのホテルもビュッフェスタイルを敬遠しているのですが、衛生管理を徹底された、ビュッフェスタイルに久しぶりに感激しました。自由に好きな物を好きな量選択出来る事の素晴らしさ。スクランブルエッグとクロアッサンが美味いしかった。琵琶湖の景色は最高でギャルソンの方も丁寧な接遇で、素敵な時間を過ごせました

    ネットで予約して行くと待ち時間がなく入店できます。焼肉以外のサイドメニューが充実しているので何度でも行きたくなります。席がゆったりしているので落ち着いて食べられるのがうれしいです。

    友人とドライブに出かけ、琵琶湖大橋を渡ったスグの所にあったマクドナルドで休憩しました。マクドナルドのマックフルーリーが好きで良く頂きます。暑い時期でしたので、冷たいクリームが最高に美味しいです。

    瀬田駅からは遠いですが、平和堂の一階にあります。 ファーストフード店のなかでは1番好きです。 ダブルチーズバーガーが大好きです。
