    A kaiseki tea ceremony-style cuisine restaurant located in Naka Ward, Nagoya City. This long-standing establishment was opened in 1913, and here you can enjoy kaiseki dishes packed with seasonal flavors. The restaurant's food is made with mirin crafted according to the traditional Mikawa style, pure-brewed white soy sauce made according to a recipe dating back to the Edo period, and local seasonings. The restaurant is perfect for celebrations, business entertainment, and similar events.

    栄の真ん中にある老舗料亭でランチをいただきました。店そのものは新しいため、歴史等はあまり感じられませんが、非常に綺麗です。3500円のランチをいただきましたが、内容は非常に充実しておりかなりお値打ちだと思います。(一日に10食限定ですが)歴史ある料亭なのでサービスも丁寧で落ち着いた雰囲気で食事ができます。状況が落ち着いたら夜も一度お邪魔したいと思います。

    都会の真ん中にある古民家レストラン。親類とのランチで訪れました。料理は懐石で、何種類かコースがあります。刺身も新鮮でおいしく、アレルギー持ちの子ども向けにも対応してもらえました。ある程度の年齢の方には、喜ばれるなと思います。

    地元食材を使った飲み屋としても営業しているようですが、金山ホテルの朝食会場になっていました。 単独で営業できるお店なので朝のブッフェも種類が多く、一品一品も美味しかったです。ビジネスホテルの朝食としては上位ランクに入ると感じました。せっかくなので色々食べたかったのですが朝からあまりお腹に入らず残念だったと思える内容でした。
