They provide a rich selection of sushi, focusing on in-season fish, from fatty tuna to shirasu (young sardine) and sakura shrimp taken in Suruga Bay. Also, it is famous for having most varieties from honjozo (alcohol-added sake) to daiginjo (super premium sake made from highly polished rice) of ""Kaiun"", a sake brand Shizuoka proudly provides across the country.
