    A roadside station located along National Route 135 in Shimoda City, Shizuoka Prefecture. There is a fishery association direct sales store, where you can buy Japanese lobster, turban shell, and abalone, and a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, where you can taste fresh seafood. In addition, it features a harbor museum, souvenir shops, and a tourist information office, so many tourists stop by for a visit.

    Just leaving Shimoda, this is an ideal place to buy some souvenirs. Be aware that some shops don’t accept credit cards. There is a park nearby where kids can play bit.

The station, which has a baumkuchen cake factory on its grounds, is popular for selling fresh-baked baumkuchen. The factory has glass walls which allow visitors to watch the production process.     This roadside station, where guests can relax while enjoying the blessings of Mt. Fuji, is very popular for the views of the mountain from its restaurant's terrace seats. The terrace is connected directly to a grassy space where visitors can enjoy Mt. Fuji at a scale not found anywhere else. Soaking in its foot baths while taking in the up-close view of Mt. Fuji is a great way for weary travelers to unwind. The station's FUJIYAMA BAZAAR, which is stocked with a huge selection of local souvenirs and specialties, and its Fujiyama Shokudo diner, which offers views of Mt. Fuji, are both well worth a visit.

    This roadside station features exhibits on sightseeing in Heda, as well as the region's deep-sea fish, history, and culture. It also features a day spa and a food processing and cooking classroom. Make sure not to miss its market, which offers a vast array of products. These include vegetables harvested that morning in the nearby Nishi-Izu region and processed foods made with ingredients such as deep-sea fish and other marine products from Heda Port and scarce tachibana oranges. Some of its most popular items include Heda salt, tachibana jam, and the special sweets made by the Numazu River Side Hotel.

    Off the city and the port of Heda, a small shop is here. Also some historical events and local culture are explained with some displays. Don’t expect too much. Some small good features are here.

    This roadside station is located along the Fuji-Yui Bypass of National Route 1 in Gokanjima, Fuji City. It was the first roadside station built in Shizuoka Prefecture, and it offers a glorious view of Mt. Fuji. It is divided into inbound and outbound sides; the inbound side features a restaurant that has items like rice bowls using Suruga Bay's sakura shrimp, and vendors of souvenirs. And on the outbound side, there is a restaurant offering noodles and such.

    Good place to stop on the way to the top! Make sure to grab some supplies for the long trip. While many people attempt to climb Fuji-san every year, many also fail due to being ill prepared.

Its scenic self-service restaurant serves up views of Izu's scenery along with homemade udon noodles, kamameshi (a type of Japanese pilaf), and other items carefully crafted with local Izu ingredients.

Pleasure cruises departing from the arena give riders the chance to enjoy the sights of the Izu sea from the deck or via windows under the water line. During odd months, the station holds events such as the Yu no Hana Free Bazaar. In addition to being a tourist destination, the market is also used by many locals as a place to socialize.

They also serve green-tea ice cream and you can enjoy your food while watching the steam engines of the Oigawa Railway.     This center for tourism in Amagi serves as the front door to the many scenic spots of Yugashima, including the Mountains of Amagi, the Kanogawa River, and the Jouren no taki Falls. The center features a souvenir corner, a restaurant, and more. Guests at the restaurant are treated to all the Amagi Yamamoto wasabi they can eat.

    「浄蓮の滝」の駐車場にある土産物店兼お食事処。名産のわさびを中心とした品揃え。食事のメニューにもわさび丼がある。わさび丼には魅かれたがお腹が空いていなかったので外の売店でわさびソフト(400円)を購入。アイスはほんのり緑色。口に入れると少しだけわさびの香り。特別おいしいという訳ではないが話のネタにどうぞ。ちなみに修善寺駅の売店では同じようなわさびソフトが350円です。

The region produces one of Japan's top three strains of Gyokuro green-tea and the attached tea house serves it with creative Japanese style confections.
