    球場の周りには桜が咲いていてキレイで散歩にいきました。高校野球の試合でも使用され、その時期はとても人が多いです。天浜線の駅が近いです。野球場の他にテニスコートもあります。

    １９７６年開場より高校野球の歴史を刻んできた球場。外野までの距離は中堅で１１８ｍ、両翼で９１ｍと一般的な地方球場の広さと言える。しかし、広いと言われるナゴヤドームの中堅は１２２ｍなので、中堅だけで比較したらそんなに変わりは無い。過去にはプロ野球（中日対ヤクルト）が行われたこともある。
