    失礼ですが、外観を拝見しただけです。なんせ、男一人で来たものですので。たまたま通りかかり、あ、あの人。と思い子供のころを思い出しました。まだ、お元気で活躍されてるようで、僕としてもうれしいです。

"Located about 7 minutes on foot from Izu-kogen Station on the Izu Kyuko Line, this café and atelier offers a hands-on experience of making authentic silver jewelry by hammering a flat sheet of silver into shape. The ""mixed berry parfait"" with plenty of strawberries and blueberries is highly recommended."

    Shizuoka Izu-shi Shuzenji 1031-1
This free Japanese-style gallery is located about an eight-minute bus ride from Shuzenji Station on the Izuhakone Railway on either the Tokai Bus or Izuhakone Bus to Shuzenji Onsen, and then about a five-minute walk from the last stop. The gallery sits along the Chikrin no Komichi promenade, which runs through bamboo forests along the banks of the Katsura River that flows through the middle of the Shuzenji Onsen hot spring town. The gallery's name, which means corridor, comes from the looping path taken by visitors as they view the works on its four walls. The gallery exhibits photographs of the seasonal scenery around Shuzenji and also holds special exhibitions. The gallery features restrooms and a tourist information center, making it a place where people can casually stop by while exploring the area,

    Shizuoka Hamamatsu-shi Chuo-ku
This gallery is located inside Zaza City Hamamatsu, a shopping mall a five-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station. The museum's standing exhibition consists of works by Takuji Yamada, a modeler and sculptor born in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Yamada is one of the top figures in the Japanese world of professional modelers, and his works primarily depict familiar and nostalgic scenes from Japan's Showa period (1926-1989) via scale models. In addition to his trademark Showa scenes, around 45 of the 240 pieces which make up the museum's standing exhibition depict kaiju (giant monster), anime, and military scenes. Yamada's pieces are made with great attention to even the finest details and are extremely elaborate, and visitors rave that time will fly by as you take in every little nook and cranny depicted. The museum also distributes official pamphlets and sells original merchandise.

Shizuoka Areas

around-area-map

With the giant Pacific Ocean to the south and the great Mount Fuji to the north, Shizuoka prefecture is blessed with some of the best views the country has to offer. The white sand beaches of the Izu Peninsula are a rare find on mainland Japan, neighbored by beautiful cliffs, tumbling hills, and natural hot springs. As Japan’s largest producer of green tea, the age-old tradition of tea drinking is ubiquitous in Shizuoka, from the miles of tea fields to the old tea houses hosting traditional tea ceremonies.
