    Located along Prefectural Route 53, this roadside station is adjacent to Ikeda Onsen. It is characterized by a shopping complex with glass walls that highlight the colors of the timbers , and sells fresh local vegetables and other local products. In addition to a restaurant and a free foot bath, Ikeda Onsen, well known for having a beautifying effect on one’s skin, is a popular attraction. The onsen prides itself on the slippery texture of the water from the natural hot springs. It is recommended that visitors come here to refresh themselves after hiking around Mt. Ontake or Mt. Gifu Kinkazan, and other areas in the lush, green foothills. They hope the station is considered as the center of the town of Ikeda, where they can interact with large numbers of people.

    Roadside Station Clair Hirata is located on the embankment of the Nagaragawa River. On weekends only, it serves foods made with the mugwort that Hirata-cho in the city of Kaizu is famous for, including mugwort rolled cake, mugwort soba noodles, and mugwort soft-serve ice cream. In addition, the store sells locally processed goods and fresh vegetables at reasonable prices that have been picked the same morning. The store is always crowded with customers, who want to buy such things as the Clair Four Season Box Lunch, Japanese Broiled Catfish with Sweet Soy Sauce, and Oguri Roman Cider, made with the first local strawberries of the season.

    この道の駅の向かいにある平田リバーサイドプラザが広々として良い。川沿いに縦長に広がる緑地は小鳥の鳴き声にあふれて清々しい。

    Roadside Station Hoshi no Furusato Fujihashi is located along National Route 303, downstream from the Yokoyama Dam. It is located in the Fujihashi District, which is one of Japan’s many famous spots for star gazing, and in the evening, visitors can see the expanse of a star-filled sky. There are two restaurants on the premises: Hoshi no Furusato Restaurant, where the recommended menu item is Shiitake Mushroom Croquettes, and Sobadokoro Fujihashi-an, where the specialty is Tenzaru Soba, cold noodles, made with 20% wheat and 80% buckwheat flour, and tempura with dipping sauce, along with other menu items that make use of famous local ingredients. Another attraction is the Ibigawa River Hot Spring, Fujihashi no Yu, which includes Fujihashi outdoor hot spring bath, whose waters are said to have all kinds of benefits.

    この辺りはツーリングに訪れるライダーがとても多いようで、道の駅はライダーで溢れ返っていました。この道の駅の駐車場はとても広くバイク用の駐車エリアもありますが、自動車用のエリアもバイクでいっぱいでした。道の駅には、特産物販売所やレストランの他に、有料施設で徳山民俗資料収蔵庫と温泉がありました。日中に訪れたので、星のふる里を体験できなかったので、夜に訪れてみたいものです。

    Roadside Station Yashagaike no Sato Sakauchi is located at the western edge of Gifu Prefecture, on the border between Gifu and Shiga Prefectures. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers and favored with fresh air, it contains an information service, a restaurant, and a sales area where local agricultural, forest, and river products are available for purchase. The restaurant is unusual in featuring dishes made with ostrich meat, including ostrich roasted on a ceramic grill or the ostrich hamburger meal. In addition to enjoying delicious, low-fat, low-calorie ostrich meat, visitors can enjoy other flavors typical of the Sakauchi area, including sweet-sour, potassium-rich passion fruit.

    福井県との県境にある夜叉ケ池にまつわる伝説の地である坂内地域にある道の駅で、自然資源が豊富な地域なので、野菜やジビエを活用した料理や特産品が名物です。レストランでの鹿肉料理がオススメです。

    Roadside Station Tsukimi no Sato Nanno is located along National Route 258 in the foothills of the Yoro Mountain Range. It is the largest roadside station in the prefecture, and it boasts a location that offers a view of the entire Mino Plain. It has a full range of facilities, including shops that sell local souvenirs and agricultural products, a restaurant that serves light meals, and a footbath fed by the hot spring that feeds Nanno Onsen. The reasonably priced light breakfast served in the Tsukimi Chaya is available even on weekends and holidays, and the exact ingredients vary with the season. At the drink station, visitors can taste Croquette Burgers made with the Hida beef. This roadside station has been featured on live radio broadcasts.

    広いテーブルでゆったりと座れるレストランです。 特に何か特徴があるとは思えないですが以前は使えなかった paypay での支払いができるようになっていました。

    駐車場入口にある山門ギャラリーが目を引きます。気になって直ぐに入りました。その隣には織部展示館もあり、こちらも入館無料なので入りました。この地が武将としても茶人としても活躍し、織田信長・豊臣秀吉・徳川家康に仕えた古田織部の生誕の地ということで、古田織部に関わる展示がありました。面白かったです。この地域は鹿肉が特産のようで、ジビエ料理工房で、たくさんの鹿肉料理を提供していました。道の駅には車で訪れる...

    川魚、しいたけなど各種定食、みそおでん、田楽、焼きだんごなどがある食事処。食事だけでなく、コーヒー、ぜんざいなどもあり、ソフトクリームもある。店頭に「いのりちゃん」の看板とは別に店独自キャラクターの大きな人形「お福さん」があり目立っている。参道の食事処の中では広い店で収容力が大きくお土産もあるので団体客にもよい。
