    This long-established eel restaurant has been open since 1874. Seki City prospered as a swordsmithing town starting in the Nara Period (710-794), and eel has been popular there as a source of the artisans' strength, served through the hospitality of the restaurateurs. Kakumaru serves charcoal grilled eel carefully prepared with a sweet flavored sauce that's been handed down from long ago. Their eel on rice is super popular. They have a free shuttle bus service too, making it easy for groups to gather there for banquets.

    焼き方もいい。美味しかった。 上丼の中盛を注文。大盛はかなりのご飯の量で多分食べきれなかった。 ご飯にもしっかりタレがかけられていた。店の中はかなり広くやはり人気店が伺える。 平日19時過ぎに入店したが肝焼きは売り切れでした。残念。 この日はタイミング悪くへんな客が居て、この店の悪口を酔った勢いで聞こえるように話していた。 困ったものでした。

    関市にはうなぎ屋さんが沢山ありますが、こちらのうなぎは割とうす味だと思います。表面はパリッと中はふわりで香ばしさを感じられて、あっさり目が好みの方にはおすすめです。

    関市には鰻屋さんが沢山ありますが、一番好きな鰻屋さんです。味は濃くも薄くもなく、焼き加減もバッチリです。ただ駐車場が少ないので早目に行って下さい。とても家庭的なお店なので家族向きです。

    可児の山の中にあるうなぎ屋さんで、知る人ぞ知るお店です。 予約はした方がベターです。 焼きにムラがなく、 カリッと焼けたうなぎはいつ食べても美味しく、万人にオススメのお店です。 外国人の方もお連れしたことがありますが、皆さま美味しく召し上がられてました。 鰻の他、エビフライもご用意があり、 小さいサイズのうな丼もあります。
