Here customers can enjoy dishes made with seasonal Nagano ingredients such as vegetables and herbs grown pesticide-free in the restaurant's own garden, local mushrooms and fruits, and Nagano beef and lamb. Customers love the reasonable prices of the restaurant's authentic course meals made with choice ingredients, and exquisite lunch meals made with fresh fish and meats.
