    A restaurant with delicious tasting vegetables in the Karuizawa Hotel Longinghouse. The restaurant gets fresh and seasonal produce all year round from farmers throughout the country. The restaurant prides itself on using local meat and fish for local consumption, and the staff also grow their own vegetables. There are two private rooms large enough for eight people in the restaurant which can be used for business or pleasure. They also have seating out on the terrace where pets are welcome. The restaurant is open for bookings from breakfast to dinner.
