    Admission and wine tasting is free at this popular winery visited by some 90,000 people per year. Their winery tours offer visitors a chance to visit the winery's underground wine cellar, which features murals on the history of viticulture (grape cultivation) and winemaking, their low-temperature storehouse, where the scent of wine hangs in the air, and their wine bottling line. At the winery's guest room, guests can enjoy paid tastings of its award-winning wines along with commentary by the winery's staff. Winery tours and paid tastings at the guest room both require a reservation.

    日曜日に行ったのですが、休日は工場は稼働しないのでしょうか？それとも、たまたまだったのかは分かりませんが、ラインが動いてるところが見れなかったのは残念でした。でも朝一で予約して行ったので、まだ人が少なくて、アイスはゆっくり食べることができました。近くに、サントリーの白州工場があるので、そちらと合わせて予約をとりました。

    河原にあり、このワイナリー関連の建物以外はブドウ畑なので、とても景観が良いです。川の流れの音を聞きながら、ワインをテイスティングするととても気持ちが良いです。お味も良く、作り手の皆さんもとてもフレンドリーでした。

    ２時から予約しておいたのにこの日の予約は私一人。１時ちょっと過ぎに到着したのにすぐに案内していただきました。Ste.Neigeはフランス語で「聖なる雪」の意味。 スペイン、ポルトガルが原産地のコルクの木、昭和天皇、皇后両陛下の訪問記念の碑、 観賞用葡萄棚、１０万円の貯蔵庫の樽など見学した。試飲も５種類ぐらいして試飲用グラスをお土産にいただきました。
