This restaurant keeps high-quality eels in underground water from Mt. Kirara, located behind the restaurant, and takes pride in cooking them Kansai-style (on charcoal without steaming). Original hone sembei (crackers made from eel bones) and eel rice bowls are popular as take-home gifts. Reservations are required for dinner (17:00-19:30).
