    This coast has been designated as a special region of a Quasi-national Park, due to the abundance and variety of its marine animals and plants. The water is especially clear, even for this area, and it is a well-known spot for both diving and fishing. The prefecture-owned vacation village features a swimming beach, a campground, a park, and an observation deck.
  • Hachigasaki Camping Ground

    A campground located right in front of white sands and blue ocean. At night, you can enjoy a campfire under a beautiful star-filled sky. From mid-July to the end of August, you can pitch a tent and camp in the great outdoors. Facilities include a barbecue area, shared cooking area, and hot water showers, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience. The campground does not rent tents, so be sure to bring your own.
  • Cape Nature Trail

    Ishikawa Suzu-shi Noroshimachi
    This 10. 7-kilometer-long nature trail starts in Suzu City’s Takaya-machi, passes through Kinoura and Orito, and ends in Noroshi. Reefs, virgin forest, sandy beaches, and other diverse terrain features can be found along the route, and walkers can take in the great outdoors. The trail was also selected for inclusion in a list of 500 of Japan’s beautiful walking routes. A walking rally is held on the trail each year on the first Sunday in October.

    "A campground with a view of majestic Mitsukejima, an island popularly known as ""Battleship Island"" due to its shape and a famous Noto sightseeing destination. The campground has 80 open camping sites situated along the coast inside Mitsukejima Park. Vehicles are allowed in the campground and you can drive right up to your desired spot and pitch a tent. There's a beach nearby from which you can take in Mitsukejima when it is lit up at night in summer. The campground has a rest house, cook house, toilets, and other facilities. In addition, you can take a bath while enjoying the view of Mitsukejima in the open-air bath at the nearby Notojiso lodging house."
  • Science Museum of Oceanography and Fisheries

    A science museum dedicated to oceanography and fisheries located in Ushitsushinko, Noto Town, Hosu County, Ishikawa Prefecture. The museum is attached to the Ishikawa Prefecture Fisheries Research Center. The museum's eye-catching, concrete building is modeled after the shape of a ship. Inside, the museum contains displays of specimens of fish with a focus on those caught in the waters of Noto, exhibits on fishing methods, and explanations detailing fish anatomy. The museum holds crafting classes featuring different crafts each month, and participants can make coasters, reliefs, and other sea-themed items.

    A nature park located on the site of Tanagi Castle, a castle built some 600 years ago. The expansive park grounds occupy an entire cape, and both valleys and coastal areas can be found inside its bounds. A bridge known as Shirasagi Bridge located inside the park is Noto's only suspension bridge and is renowned for its picturesque scenery. The park also hosts facilities where visitors can learn about culture and history, including an art museum containing works created by Nihonga Japanese painter Bansho Hane, a museum dedicated to locally-born politician Shuji Masutani, a folk culture museum operating out of a local old Japanese home moved to the park, and a history museum.
  • MawakiRuins Park

    This activity-oriented part looks at the history of Japan's distant Jomon period. Various statues and other structures, modeled after Jomon period artefacts discovered in a massive dig conducted in 1980, adorn the park grounds. Many of these are unique, with no similar examples having been found at other Jomon period sites, such as a circle of logs erected standing in a circle. There's also an outdoor stage on the grounds whose design was inspired by the artefacts found here, as well as an adjoining hotel and bathhouse whose architecture was modeled after an ammonite.

    A nature park located on the west side of Noto's Tsukumo Bay. Facing the gentle sea off Noto, the park's observatory offers a sweeping view of Mt. Horai, Tsukumo Bay, and the Sea of Japan. There are also many pleasure cruises plying the bay which can be seen from here. A safe space for children to play in, the park has a small grass field and a playground with cute turtle- and dolphin-shaped play equipment. The grounds have been planted with cherries and a variety of other trees, and visitors can enjoy the sight of their blossoms in the spring.
  • Akasaki Strawberry Farm

    A tourist strawberry farm. The farm is actually comprised of a group of several farms owned by different farms. Accordingly, there is no one point of contacting for making reservations, making it necessary to contact each farm individually. The primary strawberry variety cultivated is Hokowase, a cultivar which spoils quickly and is thus not often offered for mail order sale. Strawberries are grown both outdoors and in greenhouses, and visitors can enjoy strawberry picking here from mid-April to mid-June.
