- Located on the eastern shore of Kurobe Dam, this rest house features great views of magnificent Lake Kurobe. The rest house's famous Kurobe Dam curry has a roux is tinted green with spinach to reflect the color of the lake's surface, while the while the rice is piled in a fan shape to look like the dam. The children's dam curry, which is topped with pieces of fried chicken representing the dam's Garve sightseeing boat, is also very popular. The rest stop also offers desserts which incorporate the dam's traits, such as their shatter zone chocolate mousse. In addition to serving food, the rest house also features a Kurobe Dam souvenir shop and a rest space.

アルプスの湯の施設内にある喫茶店です。地方にあるごくごく普通の喫茶店ですので、特にこれといった名物料理があるわけでもないので期待しないでください。

富山地鉄・上市駅構内にあるパン屋さん。富山地鉄の社員の人もお勧めしていました。夕方の中途半端な時間に駅に着き、食事にはまだ早いなぁと思っていましたが、小腹がすいていたこともあり、お店に立ち寄りました。惣菜系のパンの種類も多く、つい何個も食べたくなる気分でした。お店の前に、ちょっとしたテーブルやいすがあるので、電車の待ち時間に丁度良かったです。
