    Kanagawa Fujisawa-shi Enoshima
A pleasure boat cruise that runs from midway along Enoshima Benten Bridge to Chigogafuchi. The cruise crosses the sea in approximately seven-minutes and along with the panoramic view of Enoshima Island from the water you can also see as far as Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The boat accommodates up to 30 passengers and the boarding tickets feature charming illustrations. There are both indoor and deck seating available and you may even encounter another Benten-maru making the return trip. The boat makes for a convenient way to access Enoshima and lets you enjoy the salty sea breeze.

Kanagawa Areas

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
