If you are alone, this place is ok. The place is new, clean and has good views of the ocean. Not kid friendly at all, even with bigger kids. I feel that the next customers that had kids were...

This spa is located adjacent to “Kannonzaki Keikyu Hotel” in 2-Chome, Hashirimizu, Yokosuka City. In addition to the sauna and an outdoor bath with a view of the ocean, the ladies’ bathing area features an indoor bath from an alkali mineral artificial mineral spring, and the men’s bathing area features an indoor spring from a radium-germanium composite spring. Additionally, there is a low-temperature bedrock bath (reservation required), and a body care room nearby. You can make use of the day-trip plan which includes a lunch at the restaurant.

This is a good onsen and relatively cheap. I have gone a few times since this, and it’s always relaxing. Highly Recommended!

"10 minutes from the Kinugasa Interchange via Prefectural Route 26. This day trip hot spring bathhouse is surrounded by natural beauty. The bathhouse' sodium chloride spring, nicknamed the ""Bijinsen"" and ""Bijin no Yu"" (""Beauty Spring"") wells up from 800 meters underground. The bathhouse' restaurant, Umiyama Judai, serves cuisine made with choice ingredients such as Misaki tuna and locally raised chicken and offers party and all-you-can-drink plans. The bathhouse has an outdoor bath from which you can enjoy seasonal flowers and, in fall, autumn foliage; and is also replete with such facilities as a low temperature rock salt sauna and bedrock bath."

    お風呂は色々な種類があります。露天風呂も複数あり、リラックスしながら楽しめます。 レストランはサービスもよく、美味しいです。 23時までと遅くまでやっていて、アクセスもよく、リピートしたいと思える場所です。

"This longstanding Japanese restaurant and attached inn is located right next to the Isecho bus stop on the bus line bound for Kannonzaki leaving from Maborikaigan Station on the Keikyu Main Line. The establishment stands in the Hashirimizu district, the location where the legend of Ototachibanahime is said to have taken place. The restaurant on the second floor is open to non-guests as well, and here customers can enjoy cuisine made with fresh, locally-caught seafood while taking in a view of Tokyo Bay. The Ototachibana Gozen lunch meal, inspired by the legend of Ototachibanahime, is particularly recommended. The establishment's original Ototachibanahime Roman no Sake is also popular. The restaurant also serves ""Gold Horse Mackerel,"" a brand name variety of horse mackerel from Hashirimizu caught in Tokyo Bay, prepared as sashimi, breaded and deep-fried, and as part of a set meal."

The only public bath in Miura City. It's equipped with a jet bath, Japanese cypress bath, electric pulse bath, herbal bath, and sauna. They do not provide amenities like shampoo, rinse, and soap, so you need to bring your own. Alternatively, the reception area sells single use items.

Kanagawa Areas

around-area-map

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
