A nature park situated on a slope next to Okura Ridge, a mountain path leading up Mt. To. The park has a grass lawn and arbor which visitors can use to take a break; the park is also a great and easily accessible destination for a picnic or forest walk. The park is divided into five areas - the Kashiwa no Mori, Mizuki no Mori, Shide no Mori, Aburachan no Mori, and Sasachi no Mori. Each area is outfitted with walking paths and has beautiful fresh verdure in spring and fall foliage in autumn for visitors to take in. There's also a parking area about three kilometers away, making it easy to come here by car.

Kanagawa Areas

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
