    This municipal concert hall is in Queen Square Yokohama in Minato Mirai, Nishi Ward, Kanagawa Prefecture. It mainly hosts musical performances and features a large hall complete with a pipe organ and a smaller rectangular hall with adjustable reverb paneling. The venue is also used for public recordings of TV Asahi's classical music program Untitled Concert.

With the latest stage acoustic equipment installation and multi-media capabilities, they host an array of live performances ranging from fashion shows to plays.

    チネチッタの隣にあります。 音楽イベントで利用しました。クラブですが、場所が川崎だからか怖い感じはなく、また距離も近いので楽しめる会場でした。

    This concert hall is located near Aobadai Station, in Aobadai, Aoba Ward, Yokohama City. It features “Philia Hall”—a shoebox-style hall with authentic acoustic functionality and seating for 500—as well as rehearsal rooms and practice rooms, etc. Classical concerts are indeed held here, but there are sometimes also events such as “Pianist’s Dream” in which the hall can be used (decided by lottery) in hour units.

The building has the Nagisa Hall with a capacity of 558 and the Sazanami Hall with a capacity of 160 as well as a gallery for display of paintings and photographs and classroom facilities. In addition to hosting concerts, plays, and rakugo comedy performances they also support local community development efforts.

    This concert venue is located a three-minute walk from Kinugasa Station on the JR Yokosuka Line . It has a 516-seat hall and exhibition gallery as well as a lounge and multipurpose room. There is a grand piano which people only have very little chance of playing, and besides concerts, they use the stage for local dance and piano recitals. They also have a program that lets visitors try using the grand piano for an hour. The lounge can be used for various gatherings like meetings, discussions, and regional club activities.

    This outdoor event space is located on the grounds of Yokohama Landmark Tower a one-minute drive from the Minatomirai entrance, a three-minute walk from Minatomirai Station, and just south of the Bijutsuno Hiroba bus stop. The space is also a reconstructed stone dock for merchant vessels which is the oldest extant example of its kind in the country and has been designated a National Important Cultural Property. Notable for its distinctive dock shape, the space is frequently used for live music performances, concerts, and other music events.

    みなとみらい線の日本大通り駅から徒歩7〜8分です。初めてバレエの公演を見に行きました。大ホールは、バレエの殿堂という風にチラシには書かれていました。確かにオーケストラピットもあり、その通りの作りでした。ただ、古いため、一般客用のエスカレーターやエレベーターがなく、階段で3階まで上がったのは、なんとかならないのかと感じました。

    大ホールにクラシックコンサートを聴きに行った。 日本では少し珍しいシューボックス型。響きの良さはさすがです。特に低音域。コントラバスがこれだけ聞こえるのは初体験でした。 でも、個人の好みとしては少し反響し過ぎて、高音域と迫力が物足りない。 ただ、まだ新しい建築なので、これからどんどん音が良くなる期待が持てる。良いホールでした。

    クリスマスでコンサートに行ってきました。サンクトペテルブルク弦楽団にソプラノ歌手2人でハープもありで良かった。入門編の曲ばかりで楽しみました。坂と階段ですので少し辛かった。

    横浜市営地下鉄の元町中華街駅が最寄りだが、徒歩で約15分くらいかかる。首都高速の下を海側に渡ってアウトドアショップが目印。箱としては綺麗ではないが、メインフロアの後ろにＰＡボックスがあり、その後ろにも観戦スペースがあり、一段高くなっているので見やすい。メインフロアは、ステージの幅に大きな柱があるので、ポジションを選択する時は要注意。

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
