This outdoor activity center is located a five-minute drive from the Yokohama-Machida Interchange on the Tomei Expressway. The facility has 50 highly diverse obstacle course and is divided into areas such as East Mountain, Pond, West Mountain, and Surprise. Visitors will have to use their whole bodies to take on the challenging obstacles in each area. There's also the Tom Sawyer Adventure Forest, which has a double freefall slide and pulley rope obstacle; as well as a reservation-only barbecue area.

An entertainment complex and resort facility located in Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo County, Kanagawa Prefecture operated by Prince Hotels and Resorts. The resort boasts spacious 660 thousand square meter grounds situated on the east bank of Lake Ashi, and host such facilities as an aquarium, a mini zoo, shopping plaza, camping cottages for lodging, golf swing practice space, and green spaces. The aquarium is famous for its comical “hot spring seal” seal show in which a seal wears a folded wash rag on its head in impersonation of a person enjoying a hot spring bath. There’s a ropeway which travels to the top of Mt. Komagatake, where visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Built as an area for yacht competitions during the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, since that time the harbor has contributed to the popularization of yachting in Japan and over 130 races are held here each year. The yacht house, distinguished by its undulating roof, can also be used as a conference hall. Nearby stands a concrete mound modeled after a turban shell which offers an excellent view of the central promenade, tide pool, and harbor, making it the perfect place to take a rest while enjoying the scenery.

Here, you can experience “Parcabout”—an attraction created in France—where you jump and bounce around using nets of various shapes hung all around the forest. You can have fun safely and easily without the need to wear a harness with suspension bridges, tunnel slides, and mid-air soccer.

ネットを張っただけの遊具ですが、みんなが跳ねてトランポリンのようになり歩きにくく、すこし歩いただけで足がフラフラになります。本当にいい運動。 2時間制ですが、休憩スペースや自販機もあるので、子どもたちを休ませながら2時間遊べば、車の中でぐっすりのようでした。

A 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride from Enoshima Electric Railway Yuigahama Station. A guesthouse operating out of an old Japanese-style home standing quietly in the Zaimokuza neighborhood, an area which once flourished as a port town. This tiny lodging facility has two private rooms and one dormitory-style room. On the weekends, the facility also operates as a café called Café Kamejikan. The café serves home-style dishes made with fresh, locally-grown vegetables. The café is open to non-guests as well and is a popular place for locals to stop by and relax in.

This retro-styled game arcade is located just a short walk west from the Hakone Tozan Railway Ohiradai Station near the entrance to the local hot spring town. Inside you'll find a collection of classic games including shooting galleries, pachinko, and SmartBall where the objective is to hit a rubber ball and sink it in a hole. The shop often appears in tv specials focusing on the Hakone area and so you'll often find tourists with children playing inside. The largest barbecue area in the Kanto region is at the Sagami Lake Resort. You don't need to bring any food or barbecue equipment to enjoy a cookout. It's in the eastern part of the Pleasure Forest along the mountain slope, letting you spend time in the great outdoors. Their barbecue packages which handle everything from starting the fires to clean-up is popular with ladies' groups and families with children. Their weekend and holiday hearth-baked pizza making workshops also come recommended.

In addition to lodging facilities with showers, there is also a drive-in site where visitors may pitch their tents. Charcoal and food are for sale by appointment, and the fishing experience here is recommended even for beginners. Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
