    A paella restaurant produced by Paco Rodriguez, the number one young chef in the world of Spanish cuisine. Located inside Shinjuku Takashima Times Square just a one minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station, Miguel Y Juani offers fideua (pasta paella) and tapas such as Spanish dry cured ham. The shop's paella, cooked al dente, is distinguished by its rich flavor. Served on paella pans 36 centimeters in diameter, the flavor is truly worthy of a chef considered the world champion.

    Fabulous food and authentic Spanish restaurant. Service was great but a 6th star is added for having Pacharan to finish the meal. Gobsmacked!

The restaurant serves traditional cuisine with a focus on foods from the Catalonia region, as well as modern dishes loved by the citizens of Barcelona. Only open for dinner, the restaurant's menu consists of over 50 items, including tapas and meat and fish dishes; the paella is available in single-person portions, making it easy to order. The restaurant also offers dishes not on the normal menu and goes to great lengths to ensure customers can enjoy Spanish cuisine to their heart's content. Come dine on Spanish cuisine in a cozy, comfortable atmosphere.

    30歳の頃、東京で2年間仕事をしたときにもうこの店はありました。上京するたびに訪ねています。今回は4人でコース料理をいただき、パエリアだけ2種類作ってもらいました。酔って気分がよくなり調子が出ると、声も少しずつ大きくなるので、コロナ禍ではお互いに注意しながら、食事を楽しみました。

    ランチのコースを利用。 前菜に始まりスープ、サラダ、アヒージョ、パエリア、デザート全てにおいて量も味も満足なものでした。特にシーフードのパエリアは具も沢山入っており美味しいかった。 スタッフもみなさん対応も良く気持ちのいいサービスを提供してくれます。 ちょっと駅からのアクセスが悪いのが残念だがまた行きたいと思うお店である。
