A Shinto shrine located near Azabu-Juban Station. Connected with the legend of Gama Pond and locally known as the Treasure Ship Shrine, a statue of a treasure ship being ridding by the Seven Gods of Fortune can be found on the left side of the shrine's torii gate, while a statue of a frog stands on the right. The treasure ship statue is considered very lucky and all seven gods are depicted in great detail. The frog statue is called Kaeru-san (Mr. Frog) by local people-because kaeru can also mean to come back or to return, it is believed that the frog can bring back happiness and property to people who have lost these things, as well as aid in making a safe return home, and many people visit the shrine to pray for a safe trip or for the health of someone sick.

"This Buddhist temple is located an eight-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station on the Toei Subway Oedo Line. Believed to have been founded by the great monk Kukai in 824, the US' first legation was established here in 1859, and a monument on the grounds commemorates this fact. The temple is also the site of the graves of many famous personages, including renaissance man and noted historical figure Yukichi Fukuzawa ; a monument dedicated to singer and actress Fubuki Koshiji also stands in the temple's graveyard. The temple is also famous for its oddly-shaped ""upside-down"" ginkgo tree, which becomes covered with stunning yellow foliage in autumn; estimated to be over 750 years old, it is the oldest and one of the largest ginkgo trees in Tokyo and has been designated a National Natural Monument."

Opened in 1913, locals and lots of others are fond of this neighborhood hot spring with water as dark as coffee. The dark brown hue comes from the influence of a blend of elements like peat from ancient plants, mud from the seabed, and volcanic ash. It's thoroughly dissolved in the water and won't adhere to the body. An alkaline mineral spring, it's known for leaving bathers with smooth skin and many apply the dark water to their faces after washing. They don't provide any bathing amenities, so you need to bring items like soap and a towel. You can also buy them there too.
