Just two minutes’ walk from Exit 1 of Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro’s Hibiya Line, A.Lecomte is a French-style patisserie. The first floor is a retail space selling cakes and other baked goods, while the basement is a salon de thé where customers can enjoy tea and sweets. 広尾駅から有栖川へ向かう裏道を通る道にある。1階に3テーブルですが、地下にも席があります。お茶の種類も多く、お勧めです。ケーキは、あっさり系ではない。

A classic bakery west of Akasaka-mitsuke Station. Their famous rare cheesecake is made with rich cheese with a hint of fresh lemon. This popular cheesecake has not changed since the bakery began in 1976. Their choux-creams full of cream is also well loved. The bakery cafe uses antique furniture, and many people enjoy their cakes in the cafe rather than take-out because of it.

I heard about this place from a you tube video Paolo in Tokyo. This little shop was close to our hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. I bought a cheesecake and took it back to the hotel to...

Tokyo Chiyoda-ku Kioichou 4-1 Hotel New Otani Garden Tower San Roose Akasaka 1F
As its name implies, Message de Rose is a shop which sells rose-shaped chocolates. Inside the subdued shop, you'll find scores of chocolates in full bloom. These little gems are the end result of five years spent pursuing chocolates which were as close as possible to the real thing in both form and flavor. Message de Rose uses chocolate from the long-standing French chocolate company Weiss to create its confections. Some of the Message de Rose products sold in this shop are available nowhere else, like the Belle Rose bouquet.

Tokyo Areas

around-area-map

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
