Dedicated to takoyaki (octopus dumplings), the unofficial comfort food of Osaka, the park hosts five famous takoyaki restaurants, from a branch of the shop said to be the inventor of takoyaki to popular Dotonbori establishments. Inside, visitors will find an array of authentic takoyaki flavors, from the most basic of the basic to novel new arrangements that incorporate ideas from Japanese cuisine. There is also a shop selling takoyaki-themed souvenirs.

The terrace at the Odaiba location is open, airy, and faces the Tokyo Bay waterfront, providing dinner guests with a spectacular nightscape. The restaurant's main location first opened in Nihombashi in 1931, and diners can enjoy the delicious flavors of a veteran restaurant at reasonable prices. Popular menu selections include the signature omelet rice, Hayashi rice, and deep fried battered shrimp rice. A three minute walk from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Yurikamome, Kyurin is a tsukemen (noodles with dipping sauce) restaurant located on the second floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Kyurin's signature tsukemen is healthy and served with plenty of vegetables. The restaurant's crisp vegetables and dipping sauce designed to stay flavorful to the last drop are truly delicious and the recipe for them was developed after much experimentation. In addition to tsukemen, Kyurin also serves Chuka soba ramen, tantanmen spicy noodle soup, and an abundant selection of toppings and side dishes.

Here you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet consisting of over 80 dishes from countries around the world, including rotisserie chicken slow roasted for over an hour in a special machine, the dinner-only roast beef which is cut right in front of you, and a taco bar where you can add whatever you like to your tortilla. The restaurant also serves an abundant selection of sweets, including piping hot waffles and all manner of cakes. Finally, there's all-you-can-drink beer, wine by the glass, and cocktails.

A buffet restaurant located on the fifth floor of the Decks Tokyo Beach mall in Odaiba. Modeled after a luxury cruise liner floating in Tokyo Bay, here you can enjoy the kinds of dishes one might envision when one imagines a port city, including Napoli-style pizza, Nice-style seafood, Thai, American dishes, and more. And of course the restaurant serves sushi and other Japanese cuisine. Other features of note include a premium course which comes with all-you-can-eat crab and roast beef, and a wine bar which is all-you-can-drink within a set time.

Don’t bother coming here. The buffet doesn’t have too much variety of food. The quality of the food is not good (below average) and the service is poor.
