- Gyutan Kanezaki is a beef tongue specialist developed by Sendai's venerable kamaboko fish cake maker Kanezaki. It's in the Daimaru department store connected to Tokyo Station, in their first underground Hoppetown deli area, and their skilled chefs will cook your food to order. They offer Thick-cut Tongue Steak Bento, or the Tender Stewed Tongue Rice Box. Their carefully grilled tongue is thick, tender and juicy. We particularly recommend their bentos for a taste of expert cooking on the road. The shop also offers Kanezaki's Sasa Kamaboko Fish Cake.

新幹線に乗る前に時間があり、仙台発祥の牛タンのかねざきさんを見つけた。値段は結構お高めですが、味がちゃんとして歯応えがあり、美味しく頂きました。

このお店は、仙台でも有名店である。調布では、それほど、混んでいないのがまたいい。特にスープがネギと牛の脂がベストかな。牛タンは言うまでもない。
