With a wide variety of confectionery products and snacks that are only available in Tokyo, or in some cases only in Tokyo Station, ecute is a great place to buy gourmet souvenir gifts from your trip to Tokyo, and is very popular both with tourists and with businesspeople returning home after a business trip to Tokyo. ecute also has a bookstore-café to kill time while waiting for a train, shops selling sundries, etc.

    Built around a skyscraper in the Konan district of Tokyo’s Minato City, this facility is comprised of a 32-story tower, a low-rise annex building, and an expansive green space that also includes an event plaza. Floors one through three are a commercial zone featuring approximately 20 shops—mainly restaurants including the Tokyo debut of a grill restaurant and new style shops. With a complete range of gourmet food spanning Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, this is a popular place for nearby office workers to enjoy lunch or a meal after work. Floors five and above are part of an office zone which is occupied by many famous companies.

    このシーズンに嬉しい焼き芋のフェスティバルが開催されていました。日本全国から集まった焼き芋屋さんの美味しい焼き芋が味わえるとあって普段は静かなシーズンテラスですが、沢山の人で賑わっていました。珍しい芋やサツマイモを使ったスイーツもあって目移りします。ただし、凄い人でどの店も行列必死です。飲食スペースは沢山用意してあるので皆でわいわい食べるのが良さそうです。

With an exhibition space that features a ceiling that is more than five meters in height, making it the highest in the Ginza area, the new Shiseido Gallery has attracted a great deal of interest from international artists.
