Tokyo Shinjuku-ku Nishishinjuku 3-20-2

This complex cultural facility in the Nishi-Shinjuku district of Tokyo’s Shinjuku City is based around the 54-story high-rise building Tokyo Opera City Building and also includes the adjacent New National Theatre Tokyo and a glass space with a total length of 200 meters called Galleria. In addition to a concert hall and an art gallery, it has ample restaurants including the Sky Restaurant where guests can enjoy a view 230 meters above the ground. There are also many apparel shops and stores offering lifestyle services. The free lunchtime concert held every month is quite popular.

Tokyo Shibuya-ku Sendagaya 4-18-1

This theater is a theater dedicated to the performing art of Noh, and is located in Sendagaya, Shibuya City of Tokyo. This theater was built for the purpose of preserving and promulgating one of Japan's traditional performing arts, Noh play, which has a history of over 600 years. In addition to the ongoing independent performances, performance for Noh appreciation classes with accompanying narration are also presented for the students and general public groups. Adjoining the theater, the Noh play library displays many of the treasured materials of the arts. This theater also is engaged in nurturing future artists for the Noh performing art.

I have thoroughly enjoyed performance on 14th of October 2022. It was meant for visitors and started with very interesting commentary in English, followed by Kyogen “Suminuri” and Noh “ Shoki...

This playhouse within a cultural facility located directly next to the metropolitan Fuchu-no-Mori Koen (Fuchu-no-Mori Park) has been selected as one of the top 100 superior halls chosen by acoustic specialists. It has three halls comprised of the Dream Hall boasting a capacity of more than 2,000 spectators, the Vienna Hall with a pipe organ, and the Furusato Hall intended for traditional performing arts and stage theater. The playhouse can also rent out facilities such as music practice rooms and conference rooms, and can support a variety of events from performances of cultural arts to receptions. The closest station is Higashi-fuchu Station.

京王線の東府中駅から歩くのが一番早いでしょう。府中のコミュニテイバスで近くまで行けますが、１時間に２本程度しか走っていません。ホールの座席は年輪を感じさせます。プロ、アマの様々なコンサートが開かれています。ホームページで確認しましょう。

Tokyo Setagaya-ku Taishidou 4-1-1

A performing arts theater focusing on drama and dance located inside Carrot Tower, a landmark building which stands in front of Sangen-Jaya Station. In addition to the main 600 seat Setagaya Public Theatre and the smaller Theater Tram, the facility also houses a practice room and sound studio. The theater hosts numerous excellent stage productions and also holds workshops for local residents and children. Since 2002, traditional kyogen comedic farce performer Mansai Nomura has served as artistic director.

キャロットタワーの上にある劇場です。舞台はこぢんまりしていて客席はかなり角度がありますが小劇場としては良い作りです。

Located in the Yurakucho district of Tokyo’s Chiyoda City, this theater opened in 1934 and is the Tokyo headquarters of the Takarazuka Revue theater company. It is equipped with the same type of stage equipment as the Takarazuka Grand Theater in Kansai, and the large staircase on the stage is known for being a symbol of Takarazuka. Musical performances with a live orchestra are possible and the seats have a staggered array that enables spectators to view the stage easily regardless of where they are seated. This theater located in the Honmachi district of Tokyo’s Shibuya City is used for opera and ballet as well as performances of modern performing arts such as contemporary dance and drama. The facility is actually comprised of three theaters: an opera-specific theater with an orchestra pit that can accommodate 120 musicians at full capacity, a mid-sized theater, and a small theater. This performance hall in Hayabusa-cho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo hosts performances of traditional Japanese performance arts. It features a large theater used for Kabuki theater, Nihon Buyo dance, and other performance arts. A small theater is used for Bunraku puppet theater, Japanese music, Nihon Buyo dance, Gagaku classical music, Shomyo Buddhist chants, and folk performing arts. The theater's vestibule, beloved for its great cherry blossoms, hosts a cherry blossom festival from late March to early April. The Traditional Performing Arts Information Center located behind the theater offers a range of facilities including exhibit halls and viewing rooms.

こちらは、千代田区隼町にある国立演芸場です。日本の伝統芸能の公開と保存、振興を目的に設立されら演芸場だそうです。時間がなく見ることが出来ませんでしたが、お客の層は先輩ばかりでした。

Able to accommodate 1,300 people, this large venue is divided into a standing floor and balcony area. In addition to live performances by rock bands, idol entertainers, and artists of all manner of genres, the facility also hosts small scale festival-style events.

ライブハウスです。フロアが横長だったので、後ろの方（PA前）でもステージがよく見えました。ステージ奥のドラムもよく見えたので満足でした。入り口は階段を上がったところ（２階）にありました。ドリンクチャージのビールはハイネケン（缶）でした。缶で渡されるのは珍しいと思いました。

This live music club in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo’s Shinjuku City is on the second floor of the round Island Hall building. The semicircular hall has a capacity of 800 people and directs dynamic stages with a complete set of acoustic and lighting equipment. Not only does it feature live concerts of rock bands and idols (pop artists), it also is host to festival-style music events. There is a bar inside where guests can order drinks, and there are also lockers and a cloak service which are both available for a charge.

新宿ReNYとても素晴らしい会場です！音響も良いこれからもずっと残してほしい会場です。 2021年3月20日に、保護猫アイドルQvQさんのライブを見ましたハロプロ愛があって応援したいと思っていたところ、新宿ReNYさんハロプロでも使われている夢の会場で、保護猫アイドルQvQライブ初めて見ることが出来ました！素晴らしい会場で素晴らしい思い出が1つできました！

A live performance hall located inside the Aqua Park Shinagawa aquarium, an entertainment facility. Popular Japanese singer/songwriter Yumi Matsutoya christened the hall with its name, and famous artists perform here on a daily basis. The expansive hall can seat 800 or accommodate over 1,700 standing. The hall also has a terrace floor and drink counter.

ステージが高く奥行きがあり、フロアは横に広い作りなので、どこからでもよく見える。studio coastを新しくして大きくした感じ。天井も高く、様々なイベント、特に演劇とかには向いてそう。スタンディングが可能なハコとしては、都内屈指。

This is a theater located in Sea Fort Square, about one minute from Tennozu Isle Station on the Tokyo Monorail line. The horseshoe-shaped hall has a three-level seating construction accommodating a total of 746 seats, and the stage is extremely close to the audience seating with a maximum distance of 20 meters, allowing for an extremely close view such that guests can feel the sound and vibrations of the stage action in their skin. It features a variety of programs that primarily involve dramas and musicals but also include music and dance. There are also box seats on the second floor which allow friends and families to relax together. There is also an on-site café and bar which serves up original drinks in collaboration with the program.

This jazz club hosts live performances by domestic and international jazz musicians almost every day. The patron floor area is filled with tables and chairs, all of which are facing the stage to make it easier to concentrate on the music. Many famous jazz musicians have performed here. The establishment employs a two set system with a daytime set and an evening set, and the daytime serves as a stepping stone to greater success for young, up-and-coming musicians.

Wonderful spot for live Jazz! Went to see Kohsuke Mine trio and had a wonderful evening. The sounds was fantastic and the staff friendly. There is an intermission to buy another drink.

This playhouse dedicated to theater and located in the Kitazawa district of Tokyo’s Setagaya City opened in 1982. Boasting the largest size of all the Honda Gekijo Group’s small theaters in the area, it has 386 seats and a complete set of stage equipment. Its existence has helped drive small theater culture not only in Shimokitazawa but in Tokyo as well, and it is often used for performances of famous theater troupes. It is located about two minutes from Shimokitazawa Station.

下北沢から…徒歩２分で着く、丁度よいキャパの劇場です。今回は、芝居「神の子」を観てきました。今売れっ子の俳優さんの、芝居が近い距離で見られるのも魅力です。本多劇場系列は当日券で通路にも補助椅子置きますが…これはかなり昔からだから、私は良いと思います。「スズナリ」も、昔、松尾さんの一人芝居が面白かったです。この劇場で、大人計画の俳優さんが演じるのが一番楽しいと思います。
