    An ice skating rink located on the grounds of Meiji Jingu Gaien. 60 meters by 30 meters by 13 meters, this international competition standard ice skating rink is used for skating classes and private lessons. During extended holiday periods, special classes for beginners are also held here. The rink can also be rented for extracurricular lessons and practice sessions by athletes.

The park is outfitted with a variety of sections and there is an indoor park for skateboarding as well as an outdoor park which can be used for BMX biking and similar sports. Competitions and other events are held here as well as classes. BMX bikes, skateboards, skate shoes, and other equipment are sold in the adjoining shop.
