    The largest beach in the city, it is located in the southern area of Cape Futtsu and is characterized by its highly transparent and calm, shallow waters. The entire cape makes up Prefectural Futtsu Park, and you can enjoy leisure activities such as clamming and camping besides swimming, making it a place visited by many tourists.
  • Shin-Maiko Beach

    Shin-Maiko Beach is located in Yahata in the city of Futtsu. Visitors can enjoy the broad expanse of the sand beach and swim in very clear water. In good weather, the views across Tokyo Bay of the Yokohama Bay Bridge, Yokohama Landmark Tower, and sometimes Mt. Fuji make this an attractive location.

  • Kazusa Minato Beach

    This beach is situated in Minato, Futtsu City. This beachwith gently sloping shallows and clear waters are a favorite for children and families. It abuts the KazusaminatoSeaside Park where showers and changing rooms are available. In August the Minatogawa Toro Festival where lanterns are release on the water and a fireworks festival is held here.
