The racecourse is 333 meters per circuit, and it is unique in having one of the shortest straightaways of any cycling track in Japan. Spectators can opt for club seating or a luxury suite for a price, allowing them to watch not only races held at this racetrack but also races held at other racetracks. There is also a Beginners' Plaza and a Kids' Corner, where first-timers can hear lectures about the ins and outs of bicycle racing.
