対応が最悪。 柏駅西口から出ている送迎バスは時間前に行っても満車。それを運転手は伝えず、こちらが乗り込もうとすると何も言わずに出発。問い合わせると、満員だったので行ったとの事。謝罪もなし。絶対行かない

鉄道の駅からは、かなり離れていますが、自家用車があれば、楽に駐車できるので、車で行く人が多いと思います。 日帰り温泉のほかにも、食事が出来るので、けっこう楽しめます。

湯船に使ったらアレルギーがでました。すぐに出てフロントで消毒に次亜塩素酸などを使っているか確認したら、塩素は使っているのは知っていますけど次亜塩素酸はわかりません、とのこと。普通にスーパー銭湯などに行っても蕁麻疹が出たことがないので、憶測ですが他ではあまり使っていない薬品でも使っているのかもしれませんね。 そして、アレルギー反応で蕁麻疹が出始めているのを伝え、フロントの従業員が無線で社員に確認を...

温泉は良かったですが、貸してくれたタオルがプールの足ふきマットのような匂いで、身体までその匂いになってしまいました。かなり気分悪くなりました。お食事券付きのパックを買いましたが、食事に変えられるメニューが、食べたいものを注文するとプラス料金が取られるのであまりお得感を感じませんでした。タオルも食事もつかなくていいからシンプルな値段設定にしてもらいたいです。
