こちらの店で作られたロールケーキがサービスエリアに売られており頂きました。冷凍のロールケーキですが凍った状態でもおいしく食べられるとのことで、段階的に頂きながら楽しみました。限定メニューとのことだったので、食べれてよかったです。

The eggs it uses are fresh-laid and delivered straight from the farm; its butter is shipped via refrigerated containers from Hokkaido. The whipped cream for the shop's delightfully milky shortcake is also stocked from Hokkaido, while the whipped cream used for the shop's mousses comes from Kyushu. Particularly popular products include the Opera shortcake, the origin of the establishment's name; the Crunch Chocolat; and the Cream D'anjou.

ケーキのバイキングをしていることで大変有名なお店ですが、本当に有名なのは柏で一番美味しいと言われてるケーキ屋さんだということだと思いますが、個人的にはケーキより若干休みのシュークリームが大変好きで革の焼き具合とか中のクリームとかとても美味しいです。

北総線 秋山駅から徒歩すぐ。 最近、県道沿いに とあるパティシエがやっている洋菓子店ができましたが、そちらは 少し高い。 普段使いには シャトレーゼで充分だと思っています。 店内、明るく広く 気持ちよいですよ。

千葉県流山市江戸川台。 孫とショーケースを見ている時に、一言の言葉もなく前に来て、商品を段ボールから出していた。 段ボールの角で孫の目に刺さるかなと、思われた。 苦情を言おうとしたが、シニアの怒りと思われるのも癪にさわるのと、妻が会計を終わり店を出るので諦めた。 もうこの店舗には行きたくないと思った。

昔から子供に人気の不二家のショップです。最近は店舗も少なくなってしまったので大変貴重なお店ですが、駅からもそれほど遠くなく場所も便利です。昔ながらのショートケーキや焼き菓子、チョコ類など、ショーケースに並んでいて、つい懐かしくて食べたくなります。
