最近加圧トレーニングのあとに 週2回ペースで行っています。 ヨモギのスチームサウナが 気に入っています。 マッサージもお願いしていましたが、この前アカスリとオイルマッサージをしてもらったら 腰痛がだいぶ良くなったので 今日はオイルマッサージを してもらいました。 これからもオイルマッサージに通おうと思っています。

素泊まりなら、料金が安くて子供の添い寝も無料とコスパ良し。 近所はコンビニもないので、舞浜駅で事前に準備しておくと安くあがる。ホテルにもレストランや売店があるが、割高。朝食は結構な金額なので、ディズニー目的なら開始時間も遅いし不要。 スパがあるので、ディズニー前泊、ディズニー後泊どちらも疲れが癒せます。 部屋は壁紙剥がれてるとか細かいところはあるが、料金考えたら問題なし！
