    Located in Sakae-cho, Chuo Ward, Chiba City, around two minutes’ walk from Sakae-cho Station, Chizue is a restaurant specializing in local cuisine, made using vegetables grown on the restaurant’s own farm, and fresh seasonal fish and seafood, all sourced locally. There are two set meals, which are changed every month, as well as a special 10-course meal and whale-meat meal, and the “Hare no Hi” (“Festive Occasions”) set meal, in which diners can enjoy Ise shrimp and abalone.

    地産地消を謳った千葉の料理を食べられるお店 料理、雰囲気はなかなかだと思います。 ただ女将さんがちょっと雑な時があります。 一緒に行った人の食べてる途中の料理を下げられてしまったのですが、 言い訳だけでフォローなし ちょっと残念でした。

    本八幡南口の和食店。 お店の外観は綺麗で店内は１階だけでなく２階もあるようでした。 お刺身、揚げ物、お鍋をいただきましたがどれも満足できる内容でした。 お鍋はもつ鍋をいただきましたがもつもプルプルでよかったです。 締めのちゃんぽん麺もとてもよかったです。

    正直、何頼んでも美味しいです！鶏肉料理が多く、チキン南蛮とおにぎりで普通にご飯食べるだけでもオススメです！ 飲み物は品揃え豊富で、お茶の大を頼むと1Lくらい出てきます(笑) 雰囲気も良くて、アットホームな感じなので他のお客さんと話したり！素敵な出逢いがあるかもしれません(^^)

    藍屋華膳と注文。ここに来ると日本酒の味比べ3品を注文します。獺祭、魯山人とおすすめのお酒を飲めます。これに和食を中心とした藍屋華膳がよく合います。お寿司、てんぷら、小鉢のついた藍屋華膳は結構お得感があります。もう少し、一品に対してボリュームがあればよかったかなと思います。沢山の品を頂ける良い一品だなと思います。 また、頂きたいと思います。
